I've had a dedicated server from server4you now for more then 3 year.
It always work perfectly. The up-time is exelent.

I have server from server4you for over 2 years, There was some small issues but they have been solved pretty quickly; support is great, they help sometimes even outside of their area; I have some financial issues due new laws in my country but anyhow they understand it and they are not blocking me. I like trust they give me and I like service i have... 5+

I've been running quite several websites for about 5 years on server4you vservers. Apart from minor glitches in the beginning related to support and billing I'm sleeping relaxed ever since. Good service for good price.

I am running a Server4You vServer (Debian), mainly as mail, DNS and file server.
Exposed with a IP range that can easily be identified belonging to a hoster, the system is almost every day under attack of people trying to exploit security vulnerabilities.
There was one occasion where my server fell in the hands of hackers - while I was on a business trip. The support noticed that the machine started distributing spam and promptly contacted and informed me (the initial mail contained already advise for first aid).
This server is only drafting my attention when it reports about the success of the weekly backup. Actually, I whished all systems were that robust and stable.

Although Server4You does not offer much customization to the offered services (the only con I can mention), the service they provide is rock solid without any downtime. If you need a standard service with highly competitive pricing, Server4You is by far the best provider to choose.

I've been using Server4You services for almost 5 years, I can't say that all was smooth we've had few bumps but Server4You tech team was always here and doing their best to solve any problem that we encountered. At this point of our collaboration all I can say if you are looking for speed, stability and security Server4You should be your choice.

We did not have much chance to interact with customer support, so I cannot give an opinion about that, but the up-time is very good and we are happy with the server performance.

I've changed quite a lot of providers and was unsatisfied with most of them. Server4you - now these guys make the BIG difference!

I first chose because the price/value was very good. You can't get a better vServer than you can get here (in terms of performance).

On the downside there is a terrible problem with things said and also standing in the contract and website, especially "guaranteed" things like network speeds or promised up-time of the system. I've had two situation where i realized that there is little to nothing done about redundancy.

For my needs is ok, but if i would have some critical stuff on it, i would rather go with someone more professional companies.

My vServer is on a System that hat off-time for more then 20 hours (in a row!!) and a off-time about 5-8 hours caused by faulty hardware(they say). This happened in just one month. A month ago i had problems with the network caused by misconfiguration(they say). So it seems they don't check their systems on a regularly day basis and as i already mentioned there is no real redundancy.

The support is fast. You get fast answers but a fast answer is not always the best. Keep the speed but we need more more more more competence for the answers, and profession!

Up-to-date OS-Snapshots are not available, for some people its ok, for some not - just want to mention it.

As i look in the future i think i will keep my contract for some time and hope that the things i said will get better. My eyes are always open for alternatives.
