Within a year of staying,I have received a very good service from staff and facilities as well.Informations and announcement are well communicated,facilities are followed up to maintain order and cleanliness
Just one thing is the elevator service.We have 5 elevators but it takes so long to take one.When we summon the lift it still has to go straight down or up amd does not directly go to the said floor.I hope we can.improve this.I would also suggest to have an emergency line or phone to ask a quick help from staff if ever there is a medical emergency like a person having a heart attact.

The reason why 1 star could be obtained…
The reason why 1 star could be obtained is because the property with reasonable price was offered. However, compared with other Thai local agency, response is much much slower, nothing has been completed punctually and need to spend energy to follow up each single topic. Recently, I have been feeling that Japanese agency and Thai agency has less difference in quality of services than ever, but what I got from your company was much worse than any other agencies.
