Experienced bugs with my server, made multiple tickets but only got response days later. When they responded they gave me false information saying it would work but didn't and when I asked them about it they went completely silent

Servcity has amazing pricing, is easily customisable with the overlay and has amazing support that will help you with problems even if they don't fall in the scope of their service. They have hands-on experience with their servers and will help you in a way you couldn't be helped anywhere else.

The servers are good and prices are low
But the support is very poor

What started as a visit to the Antwerp Diamond quarter in Antwerp, in search of an exclusive hanger resulted in a visit to Yosef's atelier.
Inspired on earrings he made, a design we found nowhere around, he proposed to make a unique creation that fitted our budget. Thanks to the negociation skills of my partner we agreed upon a final proposal and price.
He guided us through the processes of "the making of" by sending video's in 3D. Step by step the unique jewel revealed his craftsmanship. "Be very rich" Rich in skills, humble and fair negotiator ... Yosef!

Works fine, but can barely handle 1-3 players that are doing light actions on the server. Support was also very slow and didn't solve most of my issues.
I still got it cancelled without any issues.

The price to performance and the customer support are very good

I had multiple difficulties with setting up the server and payment issues. However, the support team is very nice. They are very helpful from the beginning till end. I received an extra fee because I wasn't able to pay automatically unfortunately, however they refunded me the fee as it was an unfortunate mistake. Very pleased with that.

The hosting itself is fine, I’ve hosted my server for a few weeks and it worked well. However, the billing system is a disaster. Their automatic payment system doesn’t work properly, which leads to overdue payments. If you’re not actively playing, you don’t even notice this happening.

I went to their Discord server to request a reactivation and was told this was possible if I provided my email. I did… and then heard nothing for six days. No support, no follow-up. Great... Please find yourselves a different provider and pay the little extra money..

We've been using Servcity now for a longer time for our small modded SMP and I personally found that Servcity offers by far the best price-perfomance ratio for your euros.

Especially interesting for european users since the main servers are in the netherlands.

No main downtime and simple GUI

I can't lie, when I first looked at servcity I thought it was sketchy at first since the prices were so good.
But now I have bought around 30 services in overall and never gotten dissapointed.
Best service every, every day every time I would give it 5/5 rating.

The services they provide are amazing and so is their support on discord.

As long as they keep up the service they provide, I'll stick around, as I highly doubt another host can provide better service or better prices.

Pretty cheap budget hosting service. Fairly clean and easy to use.

TERRIBLE customer support, unprofessional owners frequently mess up and random connectivity issues.

We have been loyal customers for over two years, but the service has become so poor that it’s simply unacceptable. Our websites have been down for days, the firewall no longer shows any IP addresses, and nameserver changes are not properly supported. Communication is unclear, issues are not resolved, and we receive no proper support. Even after paying for an extension, we’re not getting the services we paid for. Once a reliable company — now absolutely not recommended.

ServCity is amazing, I've used ServCity for the past few months and I can pretty much say it's one of the most reliable hosting services; we've used their VPSs, and DDoS protection services, and in all that time we've NEVER gone down. We maintain 100% uptime thanks to them, which sometimes gives us an edge over our competitors. The support team is also incredibly fast and friendly, every time we've needed something, they've always responded quickly. ServCity is a trusted partner to us. I highly recommend them to anyone, whether it's for a Minecraft server, website hosting, or for storage.

I purchased a domain on here over a week ago. This was my second year owning that domain and I wanted it renewed but I was past the renewal date, I just looked at the invoice WITHOUT clicking checkout and it charged me and left a receipt, I opened a ticket but have had no response from anyone who can help me (P0ncho has done all he can) for the past 8 days and my server releases soon. I didn't expect that from this company as I have had good experience with them, it appears they do not have very good support and response times and can mess up.

Thank you to Cracker, they helped me out a ton with a server TPS problem and over the course of a few days and after 30 minutes of speaking and modifying server files everything was fixed! (Cracker even skipped studying for a driving test to save my minecraft smp, 10/10)

Best minecraft host ever. Their DDOS protection is amazing! They constantly attacked me and since i'm with servcity no more issues!
