I do like the mattress from Serta…

I do like the mattress from Serta Hospitality. We slept on one at a major resort and ordered one as soon as we got home. Like other reviewers, my beef is with RXO, their delivery company. They missed two 4 hour promised delivery windows and their offshore customer service department was a complete joke. I'm surprised that Serta continues to use RXO. I understand that RXO is a public company and I'm looking into shorting their stock.

I’m one of the folks wanting “0” stars

I’m one of the folks wanting “0” stars. Bought the last of a kind mattress so it was sold “as is.” I asked the salesman what would happen in the event the mattress didn’t hold up. He was quick to tell me to go thru the manufacture. Guess what. 1 year later I have an awful, saggy $925 mattress and Serta sends me an email saying items “as is” have NO warranty. Stay clear from this shady company.

they can improve by not ripping folks…

they can improve by not ripping folks off with these mattresses. I bought a hybrid mattress from the furniture store in douglasville ga. I have went through the same situations in all of the reviews. can something be done about this. my mattress started sagging on 1 side and big big lumps on both sides and in the middle of the mattress. having back pains. I bought this mattress last year 2024 in march. this mattress looks like it has been around 50years+. is there something that can be done about this. how do they continue to get away with this. how can we file a class action law suit. this is just not right!

Delivery is unacceptable

The delivery service they contracted (RXO) is terrible. In a different order with another company, RXO never delivered my furniture and I had to go to the store myself and pick it up or wait another month. So when I saw that Serta was also using RXO, I was concerned. Sure enough, I've been waiting 6 hours and have made multiple calls to RXO. They keep assuring me the team is on its way, but it's now 9pm and they are not here. Nor are they responding. I would call Serta and cancel my order at this point, but they're now closed. I will cancel on Monday though, and I will never buy from Serta again. I realize this mess is ultimately RXO's responsibility, but Serta chooses to use a delivery service that's utterly unreliable and it's unacceptable to keep people waiting like this.

King down alternative pillows

I purchased a set a king pillows that were so bad they caused headaches, neck and shoulder pain. I called customer service and they said because I bought them at Marshall’s they couldn’t do anything to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up in my face.
Worst product and customer service I ever experienced.

Serta refuses to assist us with a brand…

Serta refuses to assist us with a brand new out of the box defective mattress because of where it was purchased from. Their "customer service" isn't returning calls or replying to emails. I am not sure how they are still in business. Will never buy another one of their products again. Horrible experience, don't waste your time with a company that doesn't have a good product, stand behind it, or care about their customers.

Elder Abuse on Warrant Chair lift broken declined help

Elder Abuse, grandma's chair was purchased in 2018 has a 5 year warranty on the motor, we filed a claim 10/06/22 thru 3/13/23 to date we s/w Hayneedle, Lifestyle rep; the Guardsman report is still incomplete. IDK what else to do SMH!

Lifestyle Solutions rep mailed a remote, told us to pay for a 3rd party vendor to send pic and details if possible the carb tag was not legible, sent pics of this. Lifestyle Solutions rep says they will close out the ticket b/c its tech report is incomplete, what else can we get from the tech? Lifestyle will not return calls, service warranty customers either, or help resolve the warranty issue or make good and stand behind serta warranty.

Can lifestyle replace the Chair? after all they sent a remote to us without knowing what the CARB tag says. Are the chair remotes universal? She has been given the run around

I bought a Serta queen size mattress…

I bought a Serta queen size mattress from Rose Brothers Furniture in Jacksonville, NC and after one week it had a big sinkhole in it. When I tried to return they wouldn't replace it because it had a tiny stain from my new grandbaby spitting up. Isn't that ridiculous? The mattress was no good! Rotten! Probably in some warehouse for 10 years! It cost me over $700.

DO NOT BUY A SERTA SOFA

DO NOT BUY! Poor construction and Serta does not stand behind the one-year warranty. In fact it isn’t even made by them.

Within the first month of receiving our sofa in August, we started having trouble opening the bottom drawer. We could not immediately determine the cause, but the couch also began to sag at the back of the seat. I discovered the cause Thanksgiving when I suddenly found myself sitting in a hole and it is due to a defect in materials.

The seat support was made from a very knotty piece of pine, which had split along the knots and eventually broke. This is a Manufacturing defect as it should have been noticed by the construction crew and a non-damaged board substituted. I have enclosed pictures of the break, showing the bad board and the break. This has then caused the seat to press on the lift up section, which has now also cracked along its rear support.

The Chaise piece is undamaged and I was seeking replacement of the loveseat section, which is supposedly covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. There has been no unusual use of the couch which would have caused damage.

Since I did not figure out what was wrong until 90 days had passed from purchase, Amazon directed me to Serta warranty services. Turns out this isn’t really a Serta product, but they license out their name to other manufacturers. Serta told me that since the sofas are manufactured under license that I must go directly to the manufacturer and gave me a phone number and e-mail for a company called Lifestyle Solutions.

I have been unable to reach them by phone. They do not respond to voice mails or emails. I am mad as hell as this was an expensive item and the Serta name had reassured me that I could safely make this purchase online with the one-year Warranty.

Do not buy this product unless you want to take a chance on it being a very expensive piece of abstract art for the living room. And don’t buy anything from Serta, they will let anyone slap their name on a product and then not provide support.

Horrible mattress and customer service.

OMG so we buy our mattress in 2012. 2017 it was replaced due to sagging. My girl weighs 105lbs wet and her side sagged just as much as mine and I'm 275! Then we had to replace it again in 2020 for the same issue. Now it is May 2022 I contact Serta and they will not replace it stating the 10 year expired in March 2022. Ok, I was hospitalized in November 2021 with COVID and I'm still recovering in May. I wanted to get the mattress replaced last year but I got sick. I've asked to escalate this matter and have not received a response in over a week. But it only took them a couple of days to decline my claim. This is a horrible company to do business with and their product is not good!

Excellent customer service for a return

I had to return a mattress within the 120-days trial period. Customer service was excellent. I got a response as soon as I e-mailed requesting a return. Customer service arranged for the mattress to be picked up at my convenience. The persons who picked up the mattress were courteous and efficient.

Horrible experience in returning…

Horrible experience in returning mattress. I purchased a Serta Mattress at Sam's Club, I wasnt satisfied with the purchase so I decided to return it. I contacted Sams only to find out this had to go trough Serta (I still dont know why this was the case) nonetheless I contacted them and requested a return. They advised me that within 2-3 days someone would reach out to me to setup a pickup, due to finding the same mattress much cheaper elsewhere. Rather than adjust the price they said to just return it. The delivery people showed up at my house 3 days later as I greeted them at the door they showed me that Serta had cancelled my pickup with no reason as to why. I called them and they ensured me this issue would be resolved and escalated, I have called 4 times, every single time I get false promises yet nobody has contacted me nor has this been picked up. I contacted the company who would be picking up the mattress and they stated they have not received a request from them to pick up. These people dont know what they're doing and simply feeding you a script to not return this mattress.

I purchased a Serra mattress back in…

I purchased a Serra mattress back in May on 5/20/20 from Bedding Mart located at 912 S Bowman Rd, Little Rock, AR..
On 8/16/21 I turned in a mattress Warranty claim because mattress was defective and sunk down on right side. My warranty claim was finally approved. I went back into the store to pick out new mattress and get claim settled. It was Labor Day weekend and manager let me know this was her busiest day of the year and she had customers on floor and claims were not good to take of that day but she would try. She hurriedly got me to choose a mattress, I did, and then rushed me again and handed my claim and paperwork over to associate there. Manager had said delivery people were not delivering in my area for several weeks so have to associate to schedule. Associate said he would schedule 9/11/21 but said I needed to be home all day and they would call before they came. Today is 9/11/21 and I have waited 1/2 of my Saturday so I called store and the delivery guy did not get my paperwork so will not be delivered today. Then when I asked when he could deliver, manager said the next Saturday. I said fine but I did not appreciate my customer service being downgraded due to mine being a warranty claim. I also had to pay an additional delivery and restocking fee of $94 to them. Sad customer service at this store. Will not make further purchases there.

Serta and Sams Club are a bad combination

#Samsclub so disappointed in their lack of customer service, inability to resolve an issue much less acknowledge me or the issue. I ordered a mattress set on August 1, 2020 with the delivery date by August 28th. Now it's October 14th and I'm still waiting. Now, if there had been any communication regarding the delay, I might have been more understanding. But there was none. I received a text stating my mattresses had been shipped on September 27th. Well, not to me but to a separate shipping company! To add insult to injury, they charged my credit card on September 27th. So anyway, I'm told that I will receive my mattress October 4th, NO SHOW! I had given away my current mattress and now was resigned to sleep on my sofa. So I get a new delivery date of October 7th. No show, no cancellation, no communication. Then I get a delivery date of October 20th. I contact Sam's to tell them I want a refund and to cancel the whole deal. They have the audacity to tell me to contact Serta! Serta tells me I have to contact Sam's. XPO doesn't even have a live person to talk to unless they call you! It's passing the buck on a whole new level. Now I get a text that the mattress will be delivered today, October 14th, but the real kicker is I will get a text with a time window the day BEFORE delivery. NOPE...that didn't happen and once again, I'm still waiting. I love serta one of the best Mattress…

I love serta one of the best Mattress I've ever bought it's time for a new one but I do not think I will be buying from them unless they have a great sale. serta is very expensive but worth the good sleep my family and i endured. customers service can be worked on but other than those two issue they're great!
