Arctic patrol coat, Oliver sweater
I purchased the Arctic patrol coat and the Oliver sweater. I had questions before my. My representative was Amy May. Amy was quick to respond to my concerns answered my questions sufficiently was always polite and professional. Both the Arctic coat and the Oliver sweater is nicely made. It fits well, It is Comfortable, warm, stylish and looks very nice. Shipping was faster than expected. I would purchase from SERREMO again.

After ordering the unique hoodie well before the holidays I emailed asking for the estimated date of arrival and got no response. The garment came well after and was mislabeled. I ordered an XL, but the hoodie was barely an M.
I contacted Customer Service and the explained returns ( I'd have to pay) even though Serremo screwed up the labeling.
I asked that they send me the size chart, which they did, and I confirmed with measurements via another email that hoodie was not an XL.
Customer service claimed the hoodie is cut "slim" and ignored my measurement data.
It cost me $17 to get a Refund!

I’m not ashamed to admit I love my Serremo jackets.
I have the Everest, Fleece, and two colors in two sizes of the Rover jackets, and just bought the green Outpost jacket for something thicker for winter.
Not sure about the random quality complaints… I would say these are easily the highest quality and nicest jackets I’ve bought at this price point. Of 7 jackets I’ve bought from them, one Rover jacket did have some stitching issues, and Serremo took care of me right away sending me a replacement. They don’t mess around, and they stood behind their quality.
I’ll admit the shipping took unusually long in late December/ early January for my Outpost jacket, but with the time of year, the sales that are happening then, and the shipping industry in general being overwhelmed for a few weeks post-Xmas, it’s not horrible. Other than this one time, my orders have always arrived before 7-10 days.
Honestly, I love the style, I love the quality, and the only thing I don’t like is spending time on their site because i inevitably want to buy more. The Outpost jacket is back in stock in black… and I’m dangerously tempted.
Scam Alert
Scam Alert! Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Merchandise still has not arrived & the tracking number I was given is fake. Have no idea where my stuff is & no one responds to my inquiries.
UPDATE - After some back & forth with agents at Serremo, they agreed to refund the amount I paid back to my credit card. I checked my credit card account & there is a refund in "pending" status. I've run into web sites like this one before. They take your money, don't send your stuff forcing you to contact them to resolve. Big waste of my time.
If I had to guess, this is not a USA company, which is not apparent to the customer. Even though they've issued a "pending" refund of my money, I won't be doing business with them again.
This is the worst company of all time
This is the worst company of all time. I ordered a jacket from them for my birthday on January 9th 2026 and it is now February 9th 2026 and I still haven’t received my jacket. It took me threatening to sue for my money back after a declined refund to even get the shipping label created. Valarie fisher seems helpful at first then just reuses the same copy and paste emails to keep leading you on. I have all the receipts as well. It’s now been stuck In New York City for 12 days. The quality of the jackets I’ve seen online are terrible so I’m not even expecting the quality of the one I ordered to be any better. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I was giving 5 stars because I don't write bad reviews but my order was placed Dec. 10, arrived after the holiday. I returned it within a day or two and now Feb. 9 waiting for a refund. I do not recommend this company. The customer service sounds nice then does nothing to help.
