Amazing customer service!

I had nothing but the bedt experience with Serremo! I ordered 2 jackets and my own fault they were a size too small. Kathy was amazing all through the exchange process, made it easy and stress free. I will ABSOLUTELY be purchasing from them again!

I ordered 6 items for Christmas gifts

I ordered 6 items for Christmas gifts. The quality of the items is amazing. 3 items in 1 package very promptly. The last 3 were in another package and the mail carrier dropped it at the wrong house. So I contacted Serremo and their response was rapid. We had good communication and the company shipped me 3 more items. Once again the items are excellent. I will Donatella be ordering from Serremo again.

Excellent customer service.

Well, this is the second and third jacket I have purchased from here and I honestly really love the jackets. But recently ordered my second jacket and my wife’s jacket. My jacket showed up, hers did not. But the confirmation email said both were delivered. I sent an email to support and they got back immediately, almost with in 2 minutes on a Friday night. Everything was taken care of and explained and it’s a day or two behind. I was very surprised with how quick a response was and how well they worked with me. Great customer service. Great quality products.

It is a great quality

It was easy to order on their site. Seems like they mailed the order promptly but it took a month to receive it. Not sure if it was just mail system out of their control or what. When we did receive it I was very impressed with the quality of the fabric. It is a really nice shirt.

I ordered a Phantom Full Zip Hoodie on…

I ordered a Phantom Full Zip Hoodie on 12/20/22 and accidently ordered a black when I wanted a dark gray. I emailed the company and they quickly responded. I received the order before Christmas. Although I was concerned after I read other reviews, their response was great! The quality of the sweater was very nice and I received it before I needed it, despite my mistake. Thanks, Serremo.

Hot damn, they've done it again!

They are awesome! If you have an issue they respond quickly and are very helpful. I love the quality and look of their clothes. Shout out to Mary for being really good at what she does! Very professional company.

Flawless Exchange

I ordered a jacket for my fiancé. When it came in, he wasn’t too keen on the color. We sent it back and exchanged for another jacket and color. The process was flawless and they were extremely helpful. He received his new jacket and loves it. Thank you!

Rare Breed

The original item that I wanted ended up not being avaliable. During the process Sarah kept me updated without delay. This is rare.
Though I was disappointed I ended finding a similar item that I actually like better! It being the holiday season I was excited but anxious about when I would receive in correlation with my upcoming travel plans.
Sarah jumped in again, and walked me through the expedited shipping process without delay. Again, rare.
Serremo offers quality products but even better quality service. I eagerly await to recieve my jacket....Much appreciated nowadays.

First purchase was on-point and no…

First purchase was on-point and no different than ordering from any online store from delivery or quality perspectives. Quality was 100% as it was explained. Second order just placed for two items earlier today. I forgot to apply a discount code to this order that I had received via email the night before. Emailed and asked if they could apply it. Less than a couple hours later, Sarah replied “yes” with a 30% refund credit applied was applied to my card. This now how I run my business - refreshing to see others do, too. I’ll buy again for sure.

Great Customer Service

I bought a Woodland Jacket that had a button come apart within a couple weeks of receipt. Mary on the Customer Service Team quickly responded and rectified the situation within a day. Great customer service - will definitely return to shop at Serremo in the future!

Horrible experience - Updated

I gave a fair and honest review of this company, they took over a week to get to me a garment I ordered. The first 5 days they could not even provide me with info about where it was even thought they kept sending me a tracking number, the number had NO tracking info. Other online retailers offer similar items I ordered with guaranteed next day delivery at cheaper prices. I fell victim to an Instagram ad that popped up. Should have done my research.

Spending days going back and for I finally got a full refund as I had zero confidence that the company would actually deliver. I have to give them credit, they did provide me with a full refund and I was told I could keep the item if it ever showed up as a gift.

Then the next part began, they started to email me requesting I change my rating on trustpilot. Probably why they gave me a full refund and let me keep it.

After it had arrived I found that their clever marketing was not a lie, but lead you to believe that there was a full hooded sweater interior, in fact its a bulls!hit little hood that is zippered into the collar. The jacket fits tight for it's size compared to most other brands I own, pockets were stitched incorrectly and uneven, zippers and snaps are very low quality and chunky. Over all it's a $10 item. Not nearly the quality or delivery for the price they are asking.

Do yourself a favor, read the replies and then decide to shop from the big A. They have a better selection, stuff will make it to you, and it will fit and be cheaper.

This hipster brand that is trying to make a name for themselves with cleaver marketing can't deliver on what you think you will be getting.

Donated my jacket to someone in greater need for it so it will get used as I will never wear it.

Hope the company is happy now that I updated my review, as for the star rating. That remains the same as I feel taken advantage of still. Thanks for the refund, no-thanks for the experience and time I won't get back. Found a better product, cheaper elsewhere and it was delivered in one day.
