Went to serinsey smile with my daughter in march. She booked it all for both of us to have composite bonding done. My wife joined us which was really nice of them. From the pick up to the drop offs and to the friendly staff it was an amazing 3 day trip. The hotel was lovely and very nice and very accommodating to all that stayed there. Nice local restaurants. Staff at the clinic were all Lovely and the dentist was fantastic and very helpful with advise before and after he did my teeth. There is an English translator there at all times so if they can’t understand they call him in to translate. He also meets you off the minibus and the WiFi scan code is on the wall so you can keep in touch with family while there. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the dentist if that and the airport about 30-45 mins depending on traffic. We were both very pleased with our composite bonding and the price. I think I will return next year as my wife wants hers done too now and I will have a polish up while we are there. Great service from very nice friendly people if you are worried about going to instanbul to visit the clinic don’t be it is perfectly safe and the work is excellent.

I had a good experience overall, thanks to my coordinator, Hannah, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even with my last-minute booking. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast was included. I was picked up from the airport and transferred to all my appointments on time. The drivers were always punctual, and Hannah communicated everything clearly.

Initially, I had planned to get bonding and a bridge, and I agreed on a price with Hannah before travelling. I arrived in Istanbul on Thursday night, with my first appointment scheduled for Friday at 9:45 AM. The clinic was immaculate, and the staff were all very welcoming. This was my first time travelling abroad for a procedure, so I was extremely nervous. On top of that, I am petrified of dentists, but the dentist assistants were absolutely lovely, keeping me at ease throughout the process.

After an X-ray, it became clear that I needed more extensive work than originally planned. Tuba suggested implants, three root canals, and bonding as the best option. Since I had limited time, I had to decide quickly so they could prepare my crowns. We agreed on a revised price, and I paid part in cash and part by card, with a 10% charge applied for card payments.

The dentist performed three root canals and took impressions before fitting my temporary teeth. I was given medication and left the clinic around 7 PM. Later that evening, Hannah called me around 8 PM, asking me to return for the implant procedure. By that time, the anaesthetic had worn off, and my mouth was very sensitive, so I declined and said I would do it the next day. Hannah then messaged me, scheduling the procedure for Sunday.

However, by Sunday, I had changed my mind. Since I was flying home on Monday afternoon, I was worried about leaving so soon after getting implants in case anything went wrong. When I went back to the clinic, I informed Tuba of my decision and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I felt a lot of pressure to proceed with the implants, even after explaining my concerns. Eventually, they agreed to a partial refund, deducting 10% due to card transaction fees. At this point, Tuba seemed completely uninterested, and instead, the other Tuba (with ginger hair) handled the situation.

Despite this, my bonding specialist, Ecem, was absolutely lovely! She explained everything thoroughly, was super gentle, and really put me at ease. Ekrem, the root canal specialist, was also kind and patient, guiding me through the process. Tugba, the vice manager, and Aziz, the translator, were also amazing—Aziz literally my hand throughout the root canal and never left my side. The dentist assistants were also wonderful, reassuring me every step of the way, which made a huge difference given my fear of dentists.

A few things to note:

I visited the clinic three times, and each time, I saw someone returning to fix chipped or broken teeth. Some reviews mention this happening frequently. The good thing is that the procedures come with a warranty, so any repairs are free. However, you do have to pay for your own hotel and travel expenses, which could be a downside.
I highly recommend paying extra for an X-ray before flying out so you can get an accurate quote instead of relying on photos.

Many of the 5-star reviews seem to be from people who are asked to leave a review before leaving the clinic.

If you are considering implants, be aware that antibiotics and extra painkillers are at your own cost.

Overall, my experience wasn’t bad, aside from the pushy sales approach. The team was amazing, and the dentists who treated me were fantastic. My teeth were completed on the last day, and I have minimal sensitivity so far. I do love my new teeth and am happy with the results for now.

Thank you to all the dentists who treated me! I would personally recommend this clinic—just be prepared for a bit of sales pressure.

DO NOT USE!!! Most traumatic experience ever!!!
Me and my sister booked to come to turkey to have composite bonding done last month. When we first arrived at the hotel we were told that we only had 1 room (there was 4 of us) after speaking to sam who booked us in they finally managed to get it sorted after the hotel staff saying they were fully booked so this started off badly anyways! After texting and calling sam Friday evening as we hadn’t heard anything about the appointment he just kept telling us when he finds out he will let us know… I received a text at 1:50am to tell us the appointment time which I was annoyed about because they scheduled us for the afternoon after we specially told them it had to be in the morning.

We got picked up from the hotel and the taxi was full with 3 other patients. (we was told it was private transport at point of booking) One of the patients got dropped off at the Serinsey clinic and we got took to a whole different clinic called “Yensi” and when I questioned this they told me they had lots of different clinics in Istanbul. When we got there we was told there was a patient bein difficult so I was seen at 4;30 instead of 1:50 which was what was agreed. The dentist very quickly laid me down, didn’t ask how I wanted my teeth or what shade until I said “can I show you a picture” the whole experience was awful, I had bruises all in my mouth from the suction- I have uploaded the after picture of how they let me leave the clinic.

After I was done, it was my sisters turn but there was a power cut for about 30 minutes we were all just sat there with our phone torches on no one was telling us what was going to happen just all spoke Turkish. Just before we left to go to the other clinic, one of the men who worked there grabbed me by my waist and tried to touch me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I politely told him to get off me and he stormed off and seemed really angry. This was ringing alarm bells as we are two young girls in a foreign country.

Once we got to the actual “SERINSEY” clinic the shutters were down and the dentist told us it’s under construction but there was clients in the clinic?? Once my sister had finished having her teeth done I let the dentist know I was very unhappy with my teeth and I wanted them corrected and she kept shouting “impossible”. One of the managers called TOBA then asked her in Turkish to remain professional which after hearing that I laid back up and said if it’s too much don’t worry I won’t get them corrected. At this point the dentists husband started shouting at me and telling me to get out of the clinic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

There was even a girl at the clinic who refused to have her treatment after witnessing our experience.

They have now blocked me off social media so that I can’t get in touch!!! Didn’t refund the money I paid and refused to fix the issues!!

The most incompetent and dishonest unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!!! I have traveled to turkey a few times to different companies with family for there teeth done and they have all been perfect and easy to deal with and the work carried out was 100% so believe me when I say I know what to expect when going to a dental clinic. So we traveled as a group of 9 some for composite bonding othered for crowns, on our arrival we received welcome message from Lilly who also proceeded to inform us she wasn’t in Istanbul which I thought was wrong as she was meant to be our coordinator. Anyway I thought it’s ok because obviously she will have someone else come meet us In her place!!!! Boy was I wrong 😑 the day after we arrived we had a message saying what time the driver would arrive mine was 6pm which I thought was rather late but it’s not unusual for turkey, anyway off I went arrived at the dentist which WAS NOT the main serinsey clinic I was promised by Lilly her self that I would have my treatment at the main dentist as I had read a few bad reviews regarding the other dentist. Anyway after waiting I had my xray I was then taken to a dental room where a dentist who couldn’t speak good English began to tell me what I would be needing all I could get was I need my bottom teeth removed and implants needed which I already knew would be a possibility, as there was bad communication he rang someone to come help me understand where a man turned up to tell me I would have to return back to UK with no teeth!!!! I said no that’s no possible I was not told this by Lilly when I sent her my pictures anyway I tried to ask what the new dental plan would be and the cost I was told to wait outside by this point I had not had a single consultation from anyone and so many red flags 🚩 where starting to show, after sat waiting for another hour I was told go back to hotel and wait to be contacted about my new treatment plan and still no one had come to explain anything to me. After been back nearly 2 hours with contact I had to message Lilly and ask what was going on!!!!! The reply I got was shocking she told me she had no idea what I was on about and no one had informed her of anything and she would try find out….. she then came back to me much later with a plan I wasn’t happy with I told her how I was feeling and about my concerns regarding the company and the running of it and not receiving a consultation, I was then told if I didn’t want there treatment I would have to leave the hotel!!!!!! As you can imagine that was it for me I was done no way was the company touching my teeth, luckily as I travelled in a group I could bunk In a friends room but I was charged £200 for the 2 nights I had already stayed which is disgusting as like I said I was ther 2 days mostly waiting on them!!!! Anyway my friends went ahead 2 had composite both went back multiple times as it was too bulky or misshaped, also whilst there I can not tell you how many people were complaining about there teeth and watch out for extra charges they love to over charge. My other 2 friends had crowns one bled soooo bad for 2 days, on the last day of fitting on Friday (we flew home sat morning) they gave my friend 15 root canals plus fitting she was there for 8 hours they then tried to over charge her my other friend was made to have 8 root canals plus fitting again tried to charge her £400 extra, every dental practice has told you this on day 1 after your X-rays anyway back home a friends composite had fallen off and cracked after 1 week she is now been ignored by the company, my other friend is having hers removed as it’s too bulky so far the crowns are holding up but the shoddy work can definitely be seen!!!!! Please please please stay clear of this company all they want is money they book far too many people in so the work is very rushed!!!!! I was a lucky one I managed to find another dentist who gave me a consultation of over 2 hours due to me needing a lot of work I thank god I went with my gut feeling!!!!!!
