Scam scam scam!
Like many here, I also got screwed. 4 items ordered, got 3. One of the items I didn't order, one had a stain on it. So I basically was ripped off. Very shocking for a well known brand like ST run such a scam. I really hope they get shut down soon. And no need to mention customer service. Cause they don't exist.

Like many other customers, I ordered a number of items, yet received only one. I tried numerous times via email to contact Sergio Tacchini customer services, but was only ever met with standard automated replies. I have now disputed the transaction with my card provider in the hope that I can recover the money which has effectively been stolen. Sergio Tacchini.com are simply complete fraudsters. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
I loved this brand
I loved this brand, but my last three experiences were unacceptable wrong orders,missing items, and the worst of all, no customer support, they never answer your emails, only with an automated mail although I have the confirmation mail with my right order, the paper ‘receipt’ that arrived with my clothes didn’t match the one with the confirmation email and at the time being they owe me money, I’m sorry to say that there official website is a scam, don’t ever buy from there, at least I know that I’m not making the same mistake again, and they are not answering there Instagram, or you can’t reach them at any platform, simply because they only care to scam you and take your money

I have items missing from my order, and then no replies to any of my emails requesting answers about the missing items. It is tantamount to stealing when your money has been taken but the product you paid for has not been delivered and you are being ignored when seeking answers as to why. I have loved this brand since I was a boy, and this has ruined it - won't be buying again, I recommend steering well clear.

Following my previous review, my order eventually came after 3 weeks but no return label.
I have 4 items that needs returning but no return label, 8 emails sent no response, called the telephone number and its a voicemail, left 3 messages no response.
That number is a new york number and has cost me £20 just trying to contact them.
They ignore every email, THIS CONPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Half of paid order missing
I ordered and paid for matching shirt and shorts. Package arrived and shorts are missing. I’ve sent 3 emails. 2 messages on their website. A number of messages on Instagram plus comments on Instagram.
I never even suspected I would have any problems with them as they’re a VERY expensive ‘designer’ brand. I was wrong. Still waiting for a reply. Unacceptable and surely it’s criminal?
They sent 2 items when I ordered 3 items
Ordered 3 items on the 10th and received the items on the 16th.
Noticed instantly the package felt very slight for 3 items which included a tracksuit set and shorts, and lo and behold, the track jacket wasnt included.
Sent an email the same hour and only today did I get a response, after writing a follow up email and spamming their Instagram posts.
Their response? Just an email confirming that they have "delivered" my package on the 16th (which is absolutely useless, because 1) I already know this because FedEx sent me an email as soon they delivered the package 2) Completely ignores the entire point of the email that I am missing an item.
I dont care how nice you think the clothes are, dont even bother ordering from this dogsht company, they'll leave you completely in the dark and this experience is all too common with these criminals.
Expected a lot more from Sergio Tacchini
My order was passed on the 13th of June and the delivery was expected 2-4 businesss days after.
Nevertheless, on the 19th I still haven't received any update about the shipping of the item and I therefore decide to get in touch with the customer service.
The following day I am informed that the item I ordered is no longer available and therefore won't be shipped.
I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't written to their customer service?
I also wonder how long it will take them to issue the reimbursement as this was not even mentioned in their answer?
Nor did they even take the time to issue an apolog.
Awfully disappointed by the lack professionalism from such a brand.

I made an order on the 11th of June
I made an order on the 11th of June, today is the 17th of June and they still have not shipped my order. On their website it says 1-2 working days to prepare and ship and order.
Ok that is bad but not the worst part...
They do not have a customer service team, so it is impossible to contact them. I have sent 4 emails to their ''customer care'' email address to no response. I have commented at least 10 of their photos on instagram asking for help. Nothing. I have written to them on Instagram....nothing.
I do not know what to do at this point...
DO NOT ORDER FROM SERGIO TACCHINI WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM.
