Good quality and beautiful design

The customer service at Serge DeNime is simply excellent!
I bought a ring for my son for Christmas and it was too small, his fault not mine, lots of stuff happens as it does between Christmas & the new year and I missed the return/exchange window… this wasn’t a problem at all for the customer service team… Jourdan in particular was amazing, they were happy for me to send the small ring back and happily exchanged it for one that would fit my son which arrived the next day!!
First class service and my son is very very happy with his ring.. it’s “lit” apparently and he said Jourdan is the GOAT … all of which I believe is worthy of 5 Stars! We will 100% be buying again from SDN!!

Stunning feather necklace- well made - beautiful item

Very disappointed. I purchased a cuff as a gift that snapped in half as it was put on for the first time. It was a Christmas gift and despite emailing their customer service 3 times, I am yet to get a response.
The product was one of their more expensive items (£135) and although the purchase and delivery was prompt, Serge DeNimes appears to be impossible to contact. Either they are ignoring my emails or they simply don’t care.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have been inundated with marketing emails from them since my purchase but they’ve yet to reply to mine. Purchase with caution!

I really liked the product and was impressed with the quality. The piece itself feels well made and looks great when worn. I usually buy from female-led brands, so I’m used to thoughtful finishing touches such as being packaged in a box with a small pouch. This item arrived in a plastic bag, which took away from the overall experience—especially given the price point.
I would still recommend the product based on its quality, but adding more premium packaging would really elevate the experience and better reflect the value of the item.
