I ordered 2/11 and I keep getting messages to track item when the button does not work.
Finally today I received an email stating the jewellery worth £49.00 has been delivered when I have not received anything
I have nowhere to go to get my money back

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. Every time I email them they say that it’s in transit and not marked lost yet. The tracking link they provide does not work and the original tracking link I got says waiting for package. I have emailed them over twenty times and today told them I want a refund immediately since they cannot deliver on the package. The email response said we are sending the refund request to another department and it should be completed in seven days. This company is a SCAM, and it’s sad because now I will not order from small businesses ever again.

I made an order for around 140$ since Nov 7 and they kept sending update emails with fake tracking button with no link. No phone number available, and the website disappeared now ! The first time I get scammed online.

I ordered one of the “BOGOF” offers 22/10/25, I have emailed 7 times chasing my order. It is now 27/11/25. All I’ve had are what look like generic replies with a “track your order” option but this does not work. I have raised a dispute against the company with my bank. I am also reporting this to trading standards and I am sending an email to Rip-Off Britain. 😡😡😡

Actually it minus one ! SCAMMERS! RIP off merchants , still waiting after 5 weeks multiple emails …. Do not waste your time or money.

It’s a scam. Tracking that doesn’t work, same email over and over and now shop has disappeared off line. Have lost over 400.00. Do not trust this site!

Total scam please don’t buy from this company. My items never arrived after many weeks and they have never given me real tracking info. I keep getting fobbed off with generic responses. Very disappointed and would give no stars if I could!!!

I am not able to track the order, website is not legitimate. I have contacted them few times, received one email it will take 15 business days but this is not true. Once you place the order you cannot track it at all. It is a SCAM!!! Pls do not use them.

This company is total fraud. Gave the tracking link that never worked. Customer care send out automated emails and they stopped responding when i asked for refund. Had to raise a dispute my bank to get my money back.

Placed an order over 30 days ago! They won’t respond other than “it’s on the way”. Today I received a random text that they’re closed. I can no longer access the website. I’m working with my bank to get refunded. I definitely would NOT recommend them!

Serephine just screams elegance in the best way. The order arrived fast, the jewelry looks beautiful, and their team actually seems to care. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to tell friends about it. Pure class.

i ordered about $100 worth of stuff and it has not been delivered in 6 weeks. constant check in that it is being delivered but nothing yet. Total scam... stay away

Never received item. Always telling me shipping delays, it’s been more than 2 months and I am trying to get a refund. PayPal will b not refund saying I have to contact company. Impossible. Do not buy from them.

IF I COULD TAKE AWAY THE 1 STAR I WOULD! SEREPHINE IS A TOTAL SCAM. TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT MY ORDER FROM BACK ON 10/26. NON-WORKING TRACKING NUMBERS AND EMAIL PROMISING MY ORDER WAS COMING. I GET A TEXT FROM (833)605-6716 TELLING MY ORDER CAN'T BE DELIVERED AND STORE IS NOW CLOSED AND TO OPEN A CHARGEBACK ASAP! NO LINK ON HOW TO DO THAT. TOTAL EFFIN SCAM!

Total SCAM! I kept trying to reach out to them about my order since October 26th! They kept emailing me the same message. Tracked my orders numerous times shows no movement. It aint moving cause it doesn't exist
I've asked for my refund 4 times haven't gotten a single honest response...

They literally took everything off their site no way of track anything or reach anyone. Only shows "coming soon"
That's right! Karma is coming real soon!
Not to mentioned....for everytime a genuine hard working customer gave their HONEST / bad reviews they end up writing two 5 stars fake reviews days later so you can think otherwise.
Smdh...They don't deserve to have that 1 star. God does not like ugly

Update - after multiple emails chasing this and the standard response‘it’s on its way’ without ever providing tracking, they have responded to say they’ve had to change their website due to issues, that the order was never processed, but they don’t have a way of issuing a refund so would have to go through my credit card company if I want my money back!!

No delivery, no response to emails, no tracking number.
At first they respond to say it’s on its way, kindly wait, now no response at all, don’t waste your time and money

Zero stars. I think this is a fake company, a scam. I ordered back in October and have since been spammed with emails saying the order is on its way, with a tracking button that doesn't work. I have contacted customer services multiple times and they ignore the emails. Say goodbye to your money if you order from this company.

Endless emails, automated replies! Tracking doesn’t work and my shop app has stopped tracking the order!

Very disappointed…. Lucky if you get your order
