SCAMMERS. Send crap from China not the version advertised on Tiktok. Took weeks to come and are now ignoring my request of a return label. So im stuck with some awful shoes and done £30. DISGUSTING

Customer service is atrocious. Says will respond to emails in 2-3 days. Rubbish. Emailed at least 4 times now and no response at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered uggs and they have come just plain not with ugg on them! Scammers, could get what they’ve sent me for £5 from shoezone.

Delivery took a long time then when they did finally arrive they didn't have the UGG logo on as advertised and didn't reply to any of my emails. Do not use this company

Disappointing service and only receive one logo’s boot!!
Received my order but the packages was open and one boot was missing. The one boot I did receive did not have the ugg logo on as per the photos advertised. I have emailed customer service and had no reply. Not sure what I’m supposed to do with one boot!!

Ordered UGG boots
Ordered UGG boots. Boots delivered were nothing like what was advertised and had no UGG label on the back ! Should have known when tracking information was from Shanghai! Didn’t arrive for 3 weeks. Haven’t tried to return as probably fake company and wouldn’t get money back ! Will wear as slippers !!
