Excellent product & service, all offered in a timely manner.

Like the look of TUBS and the wipes are just what is needed to clean surfaces and patients skin.

the indicated delivery time is 3-5 days, paid with paypal on 21 and after 7 days the package has not arrived yet. on May 27th we send an email to find out where our package is and ask for an invoice and we have not received any reply. in their mail they write "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at info@serenityhygie........" but obviously it is only a facade.

Love this product and company. The foam is pleasant to apply and the dispenser works well. Great service and not tested on animals.

Serenity Hygiene advertised next-day delivery of Serenity Hygiene Hand Gel Sanitiser 5 litre refill. The product arrived approximately one week later. Updates on when to expect the product were unreliable. I lost confidence in the product and refused the delivery when it did eventually arrive. More than 10 days later I have not received a refund.

It was my first time ordering product from Serenity Hygiene and I really like their service as they are very responsive and helpful.

Pleased with product but both canisters of wipes smashed by overenthusiastic delivery driver tossing them over gate. No doubt will dry out. Waste of money. Dissapointed

It rubs in very well and leaves no sticky residue . Very pleased with this product .

Having switched, after many years, from a well known brand because their product was now obsolete, l contacted Serenity for advice on their Antibacterial Floor Cleaner. Andrew was very helpful and l now have full confidence in this new product. Think they have just landed themselves a regular customer!

Excellent products which do what they claim. The alcohol free antibacterial foaming cleanser is pleasant to use and much kinder to my hands than the alcohol gels. I use this with my bearded dragon and for everyday general use. The degreaser is easy to use and effective. Very helpful and informative staff and delivery is very quick.
