**Update**

Just received my replacement jets from the main manufacturer!! after months of back and forward hassle with serenity hot tubs theu still don't take responsibility

Luckily enough the manufacturer replaced them for me even tho it wasn't actually their responsibility as serenity didn't follow the right procedures they just wiped there hands clean of the warranty!

Be very carful buying anything from these as warranty will be voided straight away

Fantastic product and service. Arrived on time with two top class installers, Trevor and Luke. Professional, considerate and never stopped grafting from the moment they landed. Both knew exactly what each other was doing and worked really well together. The tub is excellent, quality build and exactly what we were after. Top class.

From my initial enquiry, right through the process of buying and installation, Paul and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend them if you are interested in purchasing a hot tub.

From start to finish very professional team, always there to help with after care questions, your not just left to it, they definitely go that extra mile.

I cannot recommend this company enough ,they are very professional and courteous. Delivery was on time as arranged .Hot tub was as expected and all controls explained including water checks . Very efficient and excellent value .
