Zero if I could. This is not a uk company. It s another chinese scam.

When I tried the product I git vack ti them with a negative feedback and photos of the terrible results (frizzy hair and not straightened at all). I asked to return it and get a refund. After a few emails they offered me a compensation of £2. Gaga.. they keep insulting me and blackmailing me by saying that I should return this to China (???) which would cost me more. I DID NOT ORDERED THIS FROM CHINA, I would not have done so if I knew it was from China. I can return this to a uk address at your expense and you send send it wherever. A FULL REFUND is required.
If you want to be professionals and last, start being honest.

I ordered a swim suit and got an email weekly telling me it was at US customs. Final email telling me they had delivered it. It did not get delivered. No product and £25 down. They tell me it has been delivered and maybe a neighbour had it. Nope!

Do not buy from this company. Bought 2 identical swimming costumes (different colours) one was fairly good quality and fits as expected the other is poor quality and much smaller. Company offered £3 compensation for a £20 costume and told me to give it to someone else as it is "high quality goods" When I requested to return it I was then sent several messages telling me that it would be very expensive to return, that there was nothing wrong with their goods it was just that they didn't meet my expectation. Is it unreasonable to expect 2 identical items to be the same size?? If I could give no stars I would.

This is a scam company that sell you sub standard good and do not refund.
I brought hair brush straighteners. Unless you bend down to the plug you can't use as flex is too short. The product gives out no heat what so ever. So effectively they have sold me a piece of plastic.
Video has been sent to them proving my claims. Still no refund.

Reading the reviews it appears I have been scammed🙁.
ordered product in early December but as yet still not arrived. Tracking system has not updated since 6th Jan and customer service non existent with emails going round in circles. Please avoid.

Such a scam!!! The brush came from China so instead of refund they offered me £2!!!
Don’t buy for them, the good reviews are done by themselves!!!

Ordered hair straighteners and received various tracking emails and on the same day they left the states they arrived at my home, which I thought was odd. Address on packaging said they were sent from Solihull in the UK and I knew then I had been scammed.
The lead was too short and they do not get hot enough!!
Emailed to return to be told that Freight costs would be very costly and refund would take a long time so best option was to keep the item...
Absolute Scam....avoid!!!!

Exactly the same as the other reviews, offer £1 then £2 then £3, you go round and round the merry go round, they somehow don't grasp that faulty goods are refundable and returnable and by the seller not the consumer but that'll be to fob people off

Ordered a product from them , they just don’t understand when you ask for a refund, lots of emails sent , back and forward , no joy , they offered £2 compensation and told me to give to friends , if I could score 0 I would have BEWARE OF THIS SITE.

Please beware of this company ,I purchased hair straightners they do not work ,requested refund via customer service ,its an online chat facility and just takes you round in circles ,Various messages sent and offered me £1 refund !!! What an insult ,needless to say .customer service is dreadful .would not recommend this company
