I love the items I have received but customer service sucks if you have to return. I've been on hold as long as 2.5hrs!! I also believe they are overpriced as I have seen the same items at 2/3's the cost.

This company is terrible. The merchandise they sell is horrible quality, and looks nothing like the catalogue photos. They charge exorbitant shipping fees, restocking fees, and take forever to process a return. Take my word for it, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ordering from this company!

Ordered three items -- two dresses and pair of leggings. Took forever to arrive, despite a $20 shipping cost on top of the items. When they arrived, the dresses looked nothing like the ones in the online pictures. Instead of being tailored, they were boxy, with huge armholes and no curves, fitting (I'm guessing) no one's figure. A patterned dress didn't have the pattern printed in the (open) seams, meaning there were weird white stripes. The leggings were more nylon than spandex, so in addition to being loose, they were see through. Nothing is usable or wearable unless I get out a sewing kit and get creative. Return policy would not refund me the shipping, and I would have to pay shipping to return, so not worth it. Will never buy from them again.

The dress I ordered was not as pictured. The top I ordered had a small hole in the fabric in the front, not on a seam where it could be fixed. Gave both of my items 3 star reviews, which were posted; however, after less than a week my reviews disappeared. This is why their items have all 4 or 5 star reviews.

I love the fashions in the Serengeti catalog and shop from it constantly. Delivery time is always good and trustworthy. I don’t like to have to pay high shipping costs but I suppose that’s just part of the cost of what i buy.

I ordered a skirt set and a separate top. I didn’t receive the top even though it says it was delivered. Customer service no help. I will never order from them again.

I PLACED A ORDER FOR A BLOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY ON AUG 16TH. I KEPT TRACKING IT AND ON AUG 19TH IT SHOWED IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON AUG 20 TH AND IT SHOWED TO BE AT THE POST OFFICE . WELL IT WAS NOT AT THE POST OFICE EVEN THOUGH THE TRACKING SHOWED IT TO BE THERE. IT KEPT SAYING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED EVERY DAY. ALL LIES...I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THREE TIMES AND THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. FINALLY ON AUGUST 30 TH I CALLED TO REQUEST A REFUND. I WAS DENIED A REFUND. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS AFTER I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER TWO WEEKS. SO MY NEST STEP IS TO CASLL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ASK TO DENY THE CHARGES. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. IT SHOWS I DID NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER. MY ADVICE TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS, KEEP YOUR MONEY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS.

This company has unfair return practices. I ordered Alfred Dunner tops from them. The sizing is not accurate on their website. These tops are extremely big. I had to return two tops because they were way too large. They charged me return shipping and a restocking fee. I am done with shopping at this company. Way to expensive to shop here if you have a return for clothes that do not fit and the issue was their size description.

I would give no stars at all for Serengeti fashions. I ordered in November 2022 two items for the amount of $ 66 and the order has never been delivered. I sent the customer service 2 emails with my order details and they never responded. I would never order again and did not recommend this online company to anyone.
