Status is the same no updates. No communication. Close to 30 days. And Nothing!

I feel bad for this company. Looks like weather hit hard and people are having issues. I watched them go from a great rating to very low. I use this everyday and I am confident in the product. Hopefully they figure out their shipping because I don't want this company going under. The product actually works.

They are definitely working on their end to get this product to me. I hope.

This company is a joke. I also purchased this products and here are my frustrations.
1. They automatically enrolled u into a subscription order.
2. The order I purchased since jan 26th is yet to be shipped. They said weather condition.
3. They contacted me to explained weather condition as a delay but refuses to respond when I ask them how many days I should wait for?
5. Their phone on their website always going into voice-mail.

Anyways, I made payment through PayPal and through PayPal I shall collect my money. Buy don't buy from them directly from their website and if you must buy you should pay through a source that can help get your refunds should there be a suspicious move from their part. Or better still from Amazon.

I'm feeling detoxed, lol. I have energy and for some reason I'm experiencing less joint pain. I'm in amazement! Stomach is going down, hey now!

My skin is very nice, but it's even more softer and clearer. I didn't think it could get better than it was and I don't have bad skin at all.

I will continue to take for more results.

P.S. its taste horrible to me, but the benefits is so worth it if you take it.

order still pending after a month plus, took payment no refund!!

Purchased from Walmart. It tastes horrible but I do feel a decrease in appetite and no desire for sugar.

Hopefully, this will help reduce my tummy bloat.

Order product over a month ago (January 8) and have received no updates regarding order. I have emailed several times for order status and tracking information. They stated over a week ago that the order was in final stages of processing when I requested a refund. Still nothing has arrived. No tracking numbers or anything. In one email they mentioned the winter weather causing delays. I will acknowledge that the weather can cause delays but not for over a month. I will continue to file disputes until this issue is resolved. I no longer even want to use the product.

My order did reach me and it is working great

I placed my order a month ago and I still have not received the product. I have emailed them twice including my order confirmation number, but I havè received no response. However I DID get an email asking me how I like my product and to restock. Not a good look.

I am writing to provide an official update regarding my complaint involving Serene Herbs.

As of February 8, 2026, the matter has been fully resolved. Serene Herbs has issued a full refund in the amount of $132.80, which has been processed and acknowledged. The company also provided an apology and explained that the delays and communication issues were caused by severe winter weather conditions over the past several weeks, resulting in operational backlogs.

Based on the refund issued, the explanation provided, and subsequent communication, both parties have agreed to resolve the matter amicably and move forward in good faith. I consider the issue fully addressed and no longer in dispute.

At this time, I respectfully request that this complaint be marked as resolved and closed in your records. No further action is required. I have attached communications from Serene Herbs Customer Support Team.

DO NOT ORDER IT IS A SCAM

Well in my opinion all the positive reviews were made by the scammers who are taking our money while they laugh at us.

I was very excited to order this and try it. I ordered mine through Amazon. My delivery date came and went with no tracking update. I called Amazon and was issued a refund by the end of my call.

I did some research and was going to re order from the website until I read the reviews and now I know this is a scam. I am going to send a message to Amazon to pull this from their site because it is a scam and there are no orders being fulfilled.

DO NOT ORDER I AM POSITIVE THIS IS A SCAM NOW.

My order was promptly delivered, and the quality was as expected.

It's sad that the customer service and delivery are so bad because the product is actually good. I tried contacting the company by phone and every time the system tells me that the owner of that phone is not available to answer. I also tried contacting them by email and all I got was the ru around. They would never give me a definite answer as to when the product would be shipped. I had to cancel my subscription and I'm in the process of requesting a refund from my credit card.

Just recently trying it still need time to give a review. So far so good

This was our second order with Serene and this time we added the Mixed Berry Sour Sop. It has not disappointed us. It's surprisingly tasty and goes down easy, if you're taking it straight. In just a few days, We have noticed a change in our digestion and looking forward to more results.

I’m in my first week of use, it’s too early to determine what is actually going on yet, I usually have a normal bowel movement and I haven’t seen any signs of change. Let’s see what the second week holds-

I got this with the black seed one. I take both every morning and I am finally regular. Less bloating which is amazing cuz I never feel this good. Taste is awful but hey it works. I bought the bundle x3. I forsee myself using this long term.

I just Received my 2 Bottles of Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters and due to the Winter Storms in Upstate NY - Serene Herbs Kept Me Posted with an Email that my Order was Running a Little Late and Not to Worry. I was So Appreciative for that. Im Actually going to go and pick up some juice this morning to chase down the bitter taste just incase I can't tolerate the Bitterness. I am Really Looking forward to helps with my Esophagus Erosion and with some weight loss and will update after I have finished my 2 Bottles.
