I received a bracelet as a Christmas gift and it was too small for my wrist. Thankfully Serasar offered to send an additional returned link to me at no cost which will allow me to wear the nice bracelet my daughter gave me. I’m very excited to wear my new piece and very thankful for Serasar’s resolution!

I purchased this product from a local vendor here in the USA. I bought the product for its exquisite beauty, and very rugged, yet elegant construction.
I purchased it immediately as I thought the piece was beautifully designed, and would be a great daily wear item to add to my wardrobe.
Upon getting the product back to my home and unpacking it I discovered that it was a little too tight on my wrist, even with an expansion link installed.
I went online and tried to purchase a link but found none were available so I reached out directly to the company and I have dealt with the most wonderful customer service person believable. They guided me every inch of the way and there are 100% going out of their way to make this an absolute wonderful experience that I am totally satisfied with . The outcome of which I am excitedly awaiting the additional expansion piece that they are so graciously providing , so that I can wear this bracelet and rave about it in person and I’m quite sure that when folks see me wearing this they two will want one also!
I will be proudly wearing my “Serasar” men’s bracelet for any occasion or event casual to classy!
I look forward to future purchases from this company, but having learned my lesson now, I will go directly to the company who produces these fine quality pieces for additional purchases

Contacted Serasar to ask about repair or replacement when a bracelet catch developed a fault after 18 months. Jay responded quickly and, after asking for details of my original order and the fault, arranged for a replacement to be sent. No fuss, just excellent customer service.

I am most impressed with all my dealings with Serasar...the product ( Bracelet) is of excellent quality and the prompt and informative customer service I received acutely exceeded my expectations, my enquiry was successfully completed and showed brilliant Customer Care.

Ok so I received my bracelet jan as a gift and just loved it but as time went by just 1 section started wearing and deteriorating so I contacted serasar to see how I stood and sent pictures of my bracelet this fantastic company with out no questions immediately replaced my bracelet I’m over the moon thanks so much i shall be definitely buying again 💙

Bought a bracelet as a Christmas gift through Amazon. When it arrived, it was too small. Organised a return and received the refund promptly. Another one was ordered in the correct size. A great product, looks good and is comfortable. About a month later, there was a problem with the clasp. Got in contact with customer services. Extremely polite and very prompt, including a response on a Saturday AND a Sunday. Jay from customer services was amazing. A credit to the business and highly recommended.

Ordered a bracelet through Amazon unfortunately a small problem with the clasp after a couple of weeks. Got in touch with Serasar to tell them of problem. Had a very quick response from Jay customer service. They sent me a new bracelet out received today. Cannot praise this company enough great customer service. Would definitely order from them again. Well worth a 5 star review.

I ordered a bracelet for my son, unfortunately it was a little tight and rather than return and reorder I thought an extra link would be sufficient. I contacted Serasar and they were more than happy to help even offering to send the link direct from Germany with no extra cost! Extremely quick customer support response. Couldn’t fault them.

I would like to compliment not only the product I received as a gift, but the service and follow up from Jay.
My bracelet arrived in stylish packaging, and the quality and look of my bracelet is next level.
I have only had it on for a week and have received so many comments.

Brand is amazing,bracelet is good quality and a fashionable piece. I also happened to lose my spare link and was unable to wear my bracelet anymore but after an email to the bean they sent me a new link and were just a huge help and extremely kind.

I recently bought a rope bracelet and unfortunately, (my fault) miscalculated my wrist size. I emailed the company to see if they could supply an additional link. They responded very quickly, and a lovely person called Jay said they would and did send me the extra link. Great customer service, and I don’t say that often!

I mislaid the extra link to my bracelet so sent an email direct to Serasar in Germany to see if I could purchase a replacement and they responded to me the following day to say they had no stock of the particular link I needed but have a returned bracelet that they would send the link from that to help me.
I have nothing but praise for companies that help customers like this they have an outstanding customer service and I will be buying and recommending their company again.
