Since I started using Seranova, I see a big decrease in my fine lines and wrinkles. My biggest insecurity is the deep marionette lines and jowls. They're still there, but not as prominent.

The morning after just the first treatment I could see a difference to my skin. I’m now 5 treatments in and I find I am looking forward to the next time I get to use it. I’m on a GLP-1 so have lost 40 lbs at age 65. As you can imagine, my face changed quite a bit. Using the microneedling has given a fullness back to my face and is slowly fading out the cheek wrinkles I had developed. I’m also conscience about hydrating properly to get the full benefit of using the system. I’ll be ordering again to keep the process forward-moving and I’m looking forward to seeing the change in 6-12 months.

I ordered their 3-month supply Mother’s Day special deal and tried one vial. The videos show it doesn’t hurt during application. It actually does hurt but that’s just my opinion. I then reached out to get a refund, however, they said the product needs to be sealed and unused to be able to return it. Which means that regardless of what your complaint is, they will not refund your product if opened. So I went to their website to check the policy.
The 90-day money-back guarantee policy terms do not make sense as currently written.
Their policy states that customers must use the product as directed for the full 90 days to determine whether they see results, but it also says that the claim must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
How is a customer supposed to complete the full 90-day usage period and still submit a claim within that same 90-day window, especially considering shipping and delivery time? By the time the product is received, the customer has already lost several days.
How are the customers realistically expected to comply with both requirements at the same time?
I’m talking about their 90-day policy and their response below shows a reflection of their efficiency. I sent an email to them last 5/21 and just received an email from them yesterday 5/25. Which means what they say in their response below about not being able to contact me also reflects poor internal communication amongst their organization.

I travel at least 20 days a month and I was unable to use this product like I should be and another order came through. I called CSS and they were amazing. Because it already shipped, they gave me a nice discount and discounted the future order. Best CS team ever. Also, I have used 2 of the treatments already and I’m looking forward to seeing my results. I’ll post again!!!

I'm 67 years old, just graduated from esthetician school and am opening a studio in early June 2026.
