Shocking - no communication whatsoever

Shocking. I ordered 3 in the sale, unfortunately when I received them I realised I had ordered the very simple level ones so I followed the return instructions. I had not even opened the boxes. It was delivered by Royal Mail on tracked delivery. I have not received any communications since. No refund. No replies to my emails. Nothing. It has been nearly 3 months. Absolutely shocking. I will never buy a sequin art ever again.
