Haven't really gotten a distribution as it was under review. But the accessibility in the site is great, got me into knowing what and what not to do on distribution services. This service is great. Would recommend if someone is new to getting music distributed, like me. Pretty easy to also do actions that major distros do

As far as I can see your releases were distributed in 6-8 natural days.
As said in our website releases are usually approved in 24-72 BUSINESS HOURS, and our team works 8H/DAY and weekends excluded. So, your music was released in what our ads says.

Upsetting experience
I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with this company that compelled me to share my thoughts. Our attempt at distributing through their platform was marred by several challenges, but what truly left me disheartened was the customer service encounter.
Despite reaching out with valid concerns, the response from the support team felt lackluster and failed to meet our expectations. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least. One would hope for a more customer-centric approach, especially when dealing with issues that impact the overall experience.
While I understand that challenges can arise, the way they are addressed makes all the difference. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. I sincerely hope they take this feedback constructively and consider reevaluating their customer service approach.

Are you the person behind the multiple accounts created to distribute content from the artist Ayesha? In this case, your opinion has no place here. We are neither interested nor concerned. Even when it comes from a fucking scammer like you. So to be clear, our ENTIRE team has already monitored your activities, routines, etc., so obviously we will be the firmest and toughest in communicating with you. Furthermore, we have already warned other distributors, just as they warned us about all this nonsense related to the artist Ayesha. As you have already been told on several occasions: do you want to continue playing this game? Go ahead, you're just going to waste your damn time.
We are going to reserve our time for the rest of our users, who are not few and deserve and receive infinitely more and better attention than what you deserve.
Finally, since you have already fed up with all the fake account creation, all the attempts to distribute Ayesha (you are obsessed with her), we are going to escalate this whole matter internally to our legal team. In fact we would be happy to unmask you.
Because it's very funny to see that according to you you are from Ukraine, but looking at your IP connections, most of them come from Russia. Obviously we condemn any war, but don't want to seem or make it seem like you are the good guy in this movie. Because you are not and you know it perfectly.
So for the rest of the people who may read this review, please also read our response to the case that affects us. And let them draw their own conclusions.
And our recommendation: stop messing around with so much registration, so many false accounts, so many attempts at fraud, so many claims from third parties, so many attempts at identity theft, so many attempts to falsify contracts/licenses. Let it be very clear to you that you have NOTHING to scratch here. You are not welcome at all.

When you look for to your music distributing you have to have couple things clrear things like, budget, yearned reach out objectives and where you want to go… once it clear for you next step is starting to work hard to make it come true. Loving it, but there's one or two hiccups.
Great Platform, though I had a small issue when they uploaded my music, they uploaded it onto an existing Spotify profile which has a song that I didn't make or release on it, and I can't delete it. Also, I can't seem to change my artist name. Other than that, perfect platform for music distribution.

It usually happens that in the first release of an artist, it can be derived from an already existing profile with the same name, it is something quite common. In any case, you can request a profile change request using the Artist Channel Request form that you will find on the dashboard.
On the other hand, there should be no problem changing your stage name. You just have to go to your release, change your artist name, go to section 6 and update to all channels. In this way the platforms will receive the information,
