I order a pair of Jordans last week Friday and they took my money but didn’t send me an email of confirmation/ receipt of my order. So I then emailed the company everyday till today, but when I go on my account my order is there showing how much I paid and time I paid so I’m confused. Also they haven’t answered a single one of my emails but before I bought anything on the website I was speaking with one of their agents in a chat. Then after I bought one of their items none of their agents have been available plus they still haven’t replied to my emails. At the end of the day if my order does come to my house, I would be satisfied but the company needs to work on communicating with their consumers better. I did receive my Jordans 1 literally 3-4 months later and they came around the same time I ordered couple Jordans 1 & 4s off GOAT(I purchased off GOAT 2 weeks ago) which is shocking. Regardless I did take my issue involving seplook to my bank and got my refund. The Jordans I got were FAKE!! Don’t order from seplook!

I had to give a 1 star to write this review,but really they deserve no stars,i ordered a pair of jordons for my daughter,they were quick to pull that money out of my account 09/13/20 they said please pay for your item,i can see on my bank statement where the money was taken out,so I decided to screen shot the payment and I sent a copy to "Seplook "in several emails and my daughter still have not received her Jordans 1s yet,today it October 2nd 2020 I will filed a dispute with my bank 🤨 SCAMMERS!!!!

Wasn’t even worth the one star!! They have taken the money from my account but out on my statement unpaid!! Already contacted the bank and put a fraud dispute in place!! When I asked why it says unpaid I was ignored and even they’re email address is not rite as my email was even undelivered!! Absolute scam!! Wish I read reviews before I paid over £100 out

These are for my daughter's birthday this weekend.Arrived on time with full information from the courier company throughout.Items packaged well and as expected.

avoid at all cost its a scam, i say it again please!please!please i beg you dont buy anything on this website its a total scam hope people understand, i will post this review everywhere on the internet

Seplook is a Scam. Didn´t deliver and stoped answering e-mails when questioned about delivery.

SepLook; SepStep; SepSneakers; SepSport; Sepshoe; SepSale ...All these shops are basically the same company with identical website layout and company details, all of them fraudulent online stores- SepScam

Chinese SCAM website. Has been trading other “sep” websites: sepstep.com and sepshoe.com

Type in both websites into Trustpilot and see how bad they are scamming people; You buy a pair of trainers and they send you cheap sunglasses or a T-shirt with a tracking number so you can’t dispute not receiving your stuff with PayPal or bank.

Just one of the thousands of reasons we REALLY NEED TO BOYCOTT CHINESE PRODUCTS. Look what they do to us, they sell us crap. They’re destroying our planet. They intentionally gave us Covid. They have poor countries in debt they can’t pay. They are guilty of genocide. They Hate the west. F*** CHINA. Support your own because your own people are struggling THANKS to cheap materials & labour from guess where....
