Don't make the same mistake and think…

Don't make the same mistake and think Sephora Ph is the same as Sephora in other countries. Horrible customer service. They cannot even give you an update on the status of an order that was not delivered during delivery window.

I usually love shopping for makeup

I usually love shopping for makeup, but my last visit to Sephora was so frustrating. I bought the Dior Addict Lip Glow in Pink 001 and when I got home, I realized the seal was already broken and it looked like it had been swatched. I tried to exchange it, but the staff wasn’t helpful at all and made me feel like it was my fault. For such an expensive lipstick, this is really unacceptable. Definitely won’t be buying from Sephora again.

My bf bought me 2 items on their site

My bf bought me 2 items on their site. Only one item is to be ship out and their courier Amex has option of delivering the product or you pick it up in the post office. What is the point of free shipment if they will let you pick up the order instead??? I want to know what happened to the other item but their CS they cannot respond promptly or its like they just do not care. Bad experience. I do not want to try it again. Until now I do not receive the item to be ship out and I do not know where is the other one.

never order from sephora ph

i would like to write follow up review. Bad customer service as they were not able to give a refund for the crappy product they sell.
Product bought fenty foundation: it was off coor and cakey like immitation ones from bangkok in tiangge. NEVER BUY from sephora PH . its better to buy from resellers on instagram . cheaper and more legit. like hashtagkikay. i re ordered just to check if its the product that is already modified . so result was the one i bought from hashtagkikay was ok like the ones i used before. It's the product of sephora ph that is faulty . They will pass you on to different customers service people without results in the end. jjust sorry cant do anything about your request. so in the end they will sell crappy products.

Worst Customer service with bad system

Worst Customer service with bad system. tired doing payment thru credit card and paypal all some to a payment failure in the last 36 hours and not providing a solution. customer service also taking so long to get a feedback.

Sephora Ph is more expensive than other…

Sephora Ph is more expensive than other international sephoras. I can get the same product from resellers for a cheaper price. It was an okay experience ordering from them, the delivery time was not that bad. But that's it, there's nothing special with them. Maybe this December, I'll buy the holiday bundle offerings just because they are a great deal. But the rest, a pass.

I ordered few products from SephoraPH…

I ordered few products from SephoraPH almost 2 moths ago. Received today only. First it was delivered to a wrong address. The whole process was very stressful. But considering the current circumstances around the world with Covid, i was patient with the process. But when I receive the package today, it was so poorly done. Product were literally just in a box, no wrapping nothing. Obviously the products inside were to be damaged. So disappointed. I remember having a good experience with SephoraPH in the past. Such a shame. Doubt i will make a any more purchase with Sephora Philippines anytime soon.

No Thanks, Sephora

I ordered online for a Valentine's gift, on February 3 and it was supposed to arrive February 11. The tracking info has not been updated since Feb 4. When I contacted support, they said that it's on hold due to transporation restrictions. I would understand if there was a notification in the website, facebook or any social media there they were having issues. However, there was no notification of any kind. If I didn't e-mail, I wouldn't have known there was an issue. I wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew this was going to happen. I just spent thousands on a Valentine's gift that's not going to arrive on time.

Update:
The item was finally shipped from Singapore on the 16th. But did it arrive yet? Nope. I received a failed delivery attempt on the 18th and 19th. A failed delivery attempt is impossible unless the courier didn't bother going to the address. The address I have is open 24/7 and never had an issue with any other courier. So, ordered on Feb 3 for Valentine's Day, it's now Feb 19 and still no product from Sephora.

placed my order Dec 12, very very slow delivery

placed my order Dec 12, 2019 that's two seperate order. one arrived dec 24, the 2nd box stated as dec 27 Eta and today January 5th, 2020 it's still not here. 3 weeks already. and sephora replied on my email kept on saying that it is still inflight and they are trying to reach out with the courier asking where is the package. they can't provide u exact status of the delivery. and the aramex is nowhere to contact. Sephora should do something about their delivery system here in Ph. their product are nice but regards to the delivery/ courier and comes customer service, i'll think twice the next time.

Slow delivery!

I ordered on Dec. 18. The app said my order would be delivered by Dec. 27. On Dec. 31, I emailed Sephora and the courier Aramex, with my complaint. Sephora replied, saying it would take 5-7 more business days for order to reach me and that I could track my package, etc. But actually, I couldn't because Aramex status remained unchanged from Dec. 18 until 27. Then no more updates.

Slow processing then will cancel

It was my first time to purchase at sephora.ph so I was very excited. They said it will be delivered in 5-9 business days but it took them 15 business days (almost three weeks) to tell me the items were damaged and that they will just refund. What’s worse is my parcel arrived in the Philippines as per package tracking website but it just stayed with the courier Aramex for one week because the item was marked “unmanifested.”

Their phone number sucks too. It is just a voice prompt that will say they cannot take call so just send them an email. And it takes forever for them to reply. Customer service is so sloppy.

Great products, terrible service

Since we don't have a choice, we still order from Sephora Philippines. I would like to say, the products they carry are great, but service is really bad. For the nth time, just today, I've had another order problem. The items in my cart were not delivered as shown, and they claim that its because I used a discount code. So yes, I did not get the freebie which is the sole reason I ordered. Now I'm stuck with products I still have tons of and did not get what prompted me to place the order in the first place.

This is not just the first time. My husband ordered some stuff as gifts for me, and as usual, the gifts didn't arrive and he was given "points" of lesser value than what he's supposed to get.

Three instances (yes, I keep count) of missing freebies and rewards items I purchased with my points, and them being small items- I did not complain anymore.
