I ordered Christmas Pajamas in Oct., 2020 and didn't receive them until the end of January 2021. I ordered four pairs and NONE of them fit. I have been reaching out to them and have received absolutely no response.
This is ridiculous. Spread the word. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered Christmas pajamas (via PayPal) in November, received almost 3 months later. In emails to Sepetink they kept repeating same excuses and gave us tracking numbers not recognized by USPS, FedEx or UPS. USPS demanded $13.30 to release package to us when the original invoice showed a shipping charge of USD $5.99. Pajamas not as shown in photo and material is not flannel as described. Worst customer service ever - if I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never order from this company. I ordered 5 sets of Christmas pajamas on November 22, 2020 and as of today, January 28th I have not received them. I have contacted the company several times and they refuse to give me my money back.

Never order from this company! It is a complete scam. I ordered a set of pajamas for Christmas on December 2nd. It is now January 24th and I still haven’t gotten them. They were supposed to be for Christmas! Awful company I will never order from here again .

I wish I had taken the time to read reviews because I would never have ordered from this company. I ordered Christmas Pajamas for my kids on Nov 7th and have yet to receive said pajamas. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again!!

I only gave one star because you have to otherwise it would be zero. I bought Christmas pjs in the beginning of November thinking it would be enough time. No. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I was able to reach out through my email confirmation. They said they only give 20% refunds to cover their cost of the 'lost' item. How to two separate orders from two separate people both get lost? No. this is a scam. There were several emails back and forth about this. They are scammers. They just take money and don't send product. Two months later and I'm still fighting them. Their website has been taken down(bc it's a scam!) but you can contact them if you email from your confirmed order.

Bought 6 pairs of Christmas PJs, never saw a mention of them being from China on the website. I emailed them probably a week later realizing they weren't going to get here in time and told them to cancel. After a week, that responded that they had already shipped them. They came 2 months later. When I reached out to try and return them, they told me it would be expensive to return to China. Oh and the sepetink website is no longer up.
Criminals.

I too ordered pajamas from this company on Nov 30, 2020 for Christmas. It is now Jan 18, 2021. I never received my order. I was given a fake tracking number. Now when I try to contact them I receive a message that says this site is not available. Terrible business. Fraudulent. Do not do business with them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The only way to get these people out of business is to stop orders.
I did not receive Christmas pj's. I ordered 6 weeks before Christmas. I started emailing 10 days before Christmas believing that I was dealing with a company from Canada. Not from Canada!!!
I did not get any response by email until the 10th of January. It took them 1 day to charge my credit card in November, but 18 days to respond to my emails, 42 days after my order was placed!!!.
Then, they tell me it be patient!
Then, they tell me that they can only refund 40% because they are liable too! (They do not understand English language). Yes!! They are liable, to me for a full refund. I still have not seen product or money.
Complete fraud!! I am warning you, DO NOT ORDER!!

I don’t understand how this miserable excuse of a company got any stars. They have nonexistent customer service and refuse to allow any changes to your order pas soon as you hit enter despite putting instructions to make changes on their site, which do not work. They take your money immediately and ship from China which takes over a month. Horrible company. I won’t ever buy from them again.

Terrible...I order $200 of PJ”s from this company for Christmas. They arrived in January not Christmas. The quality is aweful...cheesy material and they run on the small size. I want my money back. They offered me a $10 off coupon on my next order. Yeah right.
I bought through PayPal and they said I could ship the stuff back. They sent the shipping label in Mandarin. USPS, FedEx, Ups won’t accept their shipping label. Today I received a shipping label in English wiith and address to some science and industry company not Sepetink the address is in Wuhan China. Ii was told it will cost over $100 to ship this back. By the way Sepetink.com’s website is not available at this time. Check it out! What a total scam. This is such BS. I want to burn the crap. Never buy from this company!

Orderd 11/26. It is now 1/14, i still have not received the items. Multiple emails from 'Cathy' from sepetink- she refuses to give refund, instead she offers a 10 dollar coupon to buy from her store again since the items are still in transit LOL. As if I would give my money to her again. The tracking # she provides doesn't even show anything, I'm pretty sure it is fake. DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I had to open a dispute with my credit card. this is a crook company, you've been warned!!

Pajamas took a month to arrive and are very VERY cheap feeling (thin and low quality). They'll probably fall apart in the wash. We immediately requested a shipping label for a refund but it took 3-weeks Sepetink to reply and they said they couldn't find our order, even though we included the order ID. Just tried resending my request but now it looks like their website is down. Probably just a scam popup business for the holidays.

This company is a criminal enterprise. They charge your card immediately and never ship. They send all kinds of fake tracking numbers for USPS and FedEx. Apparently they have Citi and Paypal in their pocket as attempts to dispute the charges are failing as well. They sent Citi a copy of a fake shipping label and tracking number and they canceled the dispute. I will never receive anything for my $290.89.

Like others, I ordered Pajamas but then canceled the order the next day. Since they hadn't shipped I thought I would be ok. I even received an email asking why I was canceling. I responded that I had found pjs locally and no longer needed to order. Didn't matter, they charged me anyway and are now saying my package is on the way and they can't cancel. Sham company!

So upset at this company. They never delivered my pajamas for Christmas. I should have been very careful. I have reported them to my bank, they are a SCAM! Please stay away And don’t order. They don’t even reply to emails, goes to tell you they are not legit!

Ordered Christmas pajamas, which didn't arrive on time.... and have still never arrived. The usps shipping # they gave never existed and now their website is down. Huge, major SCAM. This single mom is out $100 and furious.

SCAM Don’t waste your money many people have lost money to this scam company
