My purchase came quickly
My purchase came quickly. Unit was easy to set up and works great. I had to change the drain tubing to rigid PVC because it was too hard to keep it pitched thru the attic and backed up into the house. Otherwise all was great.

I can't imagine ever buying a Senville ductless again after waiting 6 weeks to receive only a replacement remote.Almost noone would even work on my unit due to the inability to get parts.It is honestly a farce

The connections under the console…
The connections under the console indoor sections could be more user friendly. Why not extend them out farther to make hook up easier and the supports I received could be about 2 inches longer for the outdoor section. Other than that it went well. Think about the servicemen who have to install these a little more.

Units are pretty much silent
Units are pretty much silent, easy to use and even the hvac contractor was impressed with the units and was shocked at the price stated this was just as nice as brands that cost 3x as much.
