Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly
The staff are polite and knowledgeable. They were quick to resolve my bad circuit board issue and had my unit back up and running with a new board in 3 days. These units are very efficient and inexpensive for their value that they save on electric especially.

I ordered three things 2 arrived 1 not sent even after a week
I ordered three things, 2 came but the thermostat has not arrived and it has been over a week. Called Senville Customer service and they called the warehouse and they said they are sending it… it’s been over 2 days and I have not received the thermostate and I have not received the tracking number showing it was shipped. The installer already came and now he is going to charge me again when he has to come back out to install the thermostat?

We were very pleasantly surprised with our experience with your support team. Your website made it so easy to find the parts we needed to repair our mini split. We took a power surge and lost the outside control board and fan. Somehow, one of the parts we ordered was for the wrong model A/C, but a single call to Senville's support team identified the problem right away and you shipped us the replacement the same day. We were able to repair our own unit for the reasonable cost of the parts. Our local A/C service company quoted us parts plus $1300. They even recommended we ditch the Senville unit and buy their Mitsubishi for $7,900! Our only recommendation is if you were to offer expedited shipping. But the 3-5 days you quoted worked out fine. Thank you for being there for us to keep our unit working.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. Made sure line set was a 10' min and connections where good with no leaks. I still think boxes should be marked "This side up" for shipping. But, I let the unit sit for a week or so before installing. I was the Electrical Contractor and my buddy was the HVAC Contractor. I wanted the warranty to be rock solid.

Absolutely dislike the Leto mini split…
Absolutely dislike the Leto mini split unit. I have a new well insulated sunroom with insulated windows in Florida. I have tried every setting Senville tech support suggested with the remote and the room continues to have high humidity (67). Air conditioning tech came out to check the unit and all is working well. Apparently, mini split units do not sufficiently remove humidity from the air unless it is high heat outdoors (high 80's-90's); in lower temps you have to run them on a lower setting in the high 60's to keep the air on to keep the humidity down, or put the dry setting on every day to take the humidity out for a couple hours, either way, you freeze or are inconvenienced. I need to buy a dehumidifier to balance it out and am extremely disappointed in the mini split system, for me, it was a waste of money as a window unit would have most likely worked better and been less expensive. I don't know what all the rave is about re: mini splits being so wonderful as there are many similar complaints about them in general online not sufficiently removing humidity from rooms or homes.

Great service at Senville
I called the company to ask some questions before I made the purchase of a 4 zone 28 kBTU unit. A live person answered the phone and was able to answer my questions. I made the purchase and received everything a week later. As opposed to ordering a couple of linesets for a different project from an "Un"-Cool competitor and have them take a month to deliver.
The unit started right up and runs with no issue.
