Good choice of products, quick delivery
Good choose of products and easy to order. Quick and good delivery. Only knocked off one star because one of the chewy toys is a lot harder than described so my son probably won’t use it… but he loves the football land yard and the softer dog tag chews. It’s so hard to find something he is willing to wear so overall very pleased.

The zip pull chewies are great
The zip pull chewies are great, we got them in black and they're really subtle. Found a key connector ring was a good was of attaching on.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I contacted as I was worried the payment hadn't gone through and air had a really quick response. It was all resolved quickly and politely.
The products themselves are brilliant, exactly what my son needed and his sister has now asked for some too. The only critique would be that the ribbon lanyard on the yellow ring is very short and would benefit from being longer. My son is 12 and he doesn't want to wrap it round his wrist twice, so will need to look for something a bit longer.

With the Bundle Pack, it's intended as an introduction to chewy jewellery, so two different lengths are provided as standard for customers to see which length best suits their needs. As a small home business, I am always happy to adjust to what customers need, so would always be happy to send out 2 x long length lanyards, please always feel free to ask for adaptations!
Next time you place an order, please add a note at checkout and I'll ensure I include a spare long length lanyard to replace the one you're currently using with the Ring Chew :)

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Love the fact you can choose different lanyard designs to give it a more personalised look.
My son started to refuse using his chewy necklaces and since receiving the ones he chose and designed, he's been using them at his own will without having to try bribe him.
He used to bite and cut his fingers with his anxiety. This had started up again and with these new ones he's stopped doing it and using the product for intended use.
Do recommend and will use again in the future

Really good quality item. My daughter loves dragons so loved the red dragon design. I hadn't realised it would be textured, this has been well recieved by my daughter. She also liked that she could chose the lanyard that it attached to .
