I've been with Sensational Smiles for quite sometime now and the staff are exceptional and always listen and help the best way they can , I always feel at ease here . I've recently seen my new Hygienist and she is wonderful she has taught me how to keep my mouth and teeth in tip top condition she's a 10/10 for me . The receptionist are very friendly and kind and can't do enough for you 10/10 aswell. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

I have been a patient at Sensational Smiles for nearly three years and have always found the staff to be of the highest quality and very professional. I would like to especially mention Ella the receptionist who always greets all the patients attending with the warmest of smiles which immediately makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. As with all business the front of house personnel are key because they give the customer the first and last impression at any given time. Ella's professionalism within her position is coupled with a genuine caring nature which is a credit to the company.

The new hygienist was friendly, attentive and respectful. She was very careful and asked me if all was well during the treatment.

I've been a patient of Sensational Smiles since 2019, for teeth alignment, in addition to routine check ups, hygienist treatments and rare fillings. With no exception whatsoever, I find the treatment, professionalism and care of Sensational Smiles to be outstanding.

I recently had a surgical tooth extraction at Sensational Smiles with Dr. Wasima Shafique, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

From the very first call, the administrative team went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a referral for a complex extraction by my dentist, and the team at Sensational Smiles were incredibly helpful in guiding the referral process and they managed to secure a last-minute appointment for me the very next morning with their oral surgeon, thanks to a cancellation.

Despite it being late in the afternoon, the admin staff made sure I had access to antibiotics prior to the procedure, coordinating everything efficiently and with genuine care.

Dr. Wasima and Nurse Neha were absolutely fantastic. On the day of the appointment, I was understandably nervous, but the warm and friendly atmosphere quickly put me at ease. Dr. Wasima has a calm, compassionate manner and clearly years of expertise in complex extractions. She explained each step of the procedure, picked up on my nervousness, and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Her communication, empathy, and professionalism were truly outstanding. She also took the time to explain the aftercare instructions clearly and thoroughly.

The day after the extraction, I had some concerns and called the practice. The team was once again supportive and arranged for Dr. Wasima to personally call me back and answer all of my questions - something I deeply appreciated.

Overall, I felt incredibly well looked after and supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Sensational Smiles to anyone looking for a dental practice where the staff genuinely care and go the extra mile for their patients. Thank you all!

I have been going to Sensational Smiles for a long time. They did a superb job with my implants originally.
I didn't visit the hygenist for months & when I had a health issue with the implants, I visited Natasha, the hygenist. She gave me very firm advice & instructions how best look after the implants and gums. She's a fantastic, skilled hygenist & very friendly. As with many, I'm nervous about visiting dentists & hygenists but Natasha & Aurelija (the dental nurse) put me at ease straight away. I've visit every 3 months & each time Natasha & Aurelija ensure my dentures are cleaned & my implants are healthy. Highly recommended.

Very lovely and friendly staff, very accomadiating. They have managed to mostly ease my fear of the dentist. Would highly recommend to all that can afford a prive dentist

I travel quite far to attend this dentist. The staff are very patient, friendly and accommodating and the practice is very hygienic.

Very helpful and welcoming receptionist, very skilled and caring dental surgeon and hygienist and their assistants. Everyone took a great deal of trouble with the appointments.

I don't enjoy going to the dentist, like many people, but found my whole experience supportive and professional. I had extensive dental treatment and was kept informed with useful text message reminders. They're a lovely team and know what they're doing which was reassuring. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had a bridge break which had been in fir 17 years. The nhs dentist made me a plate which I couldn’t get on with. It was never fit for purpose. I decided on implants and cannot say how pleased I am with them. Not only do they look amazing but I can eat and taste everything I have sissy’s enjoyed. I am 80 years of age and the idea of living the next hopefully 10 years gummy appalled me. Thank you for a lovely smile

Everyone in the team at the Denture and Implant Clinic has always been very helpful and polite. They advised and guided me through my implant and denture procedures with a very personable and supportive approach. At every step, endeavouring to make sure that I was confident and comfortable throughout. Aftercare has been extremely professional, taking the worry away if a tweak is needed or a visit to the hygienist. Having moved from the local area, I now travel over 50 miles to the clinic for an appointment and will continue to do so. They are a great credit and legacy to their former friend and colleague Dr Suril Amin.

Great practice that really make you feel comfortable and valued. Lovely staff, dentists, nurses, receptionist’s etc who are very helpful and knowledgeable. Been a patient now for about 14 years. Recommended friends to go there - especially good with nervous patients.

I am terrified of anything to do with a dentist but I had fallen 2 years ago and damaged my 2 front teeth and it was really affecting my life. So, I came to see Wasima at the Denture and Implant Clinic and I have to say she was amazing. She really put me at ease, giving me options on what could be done. Wasima worked on my front teeth patiently, talking me through what was happening, stopping when I panicked and the end result left me stunned. I could actually smile again, the work Wasima did is just amazing. I highly recommend Dr Wasima Shafique.

Dr Nithya was amazing as I was extremely nervous about my treatment, but she took time to talk me through the procedure and put me totally at ease. It was a really good experience and I would recommend this surgery. The receptionists were also very polite and helpful

Great experience with the hygienist and I have seen her 4 times in the past 18 months. Initially I was a little nervous but she helps and now it’s become routine. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my oral health and she always gives great advice on keeping my teeth in excellent shape.

From arrival at Reception to being back to pay, nothing but friendly and sympathetic faces. Everyone kind and patient. The hygienist and dentist were both gentle and talked me through the procedures.
