Cheap and authentic tickets! I got a great deal to watch a NBA playoff (Celtics x Washington).

everything was so easy and smooth, it was our first game ever and it was a great experience. had a blast

Customer service responded quickly to any inquiries I had. I was a little nervous once I completed the transaction as it stated the seller did not yet have the tickets. I would get them the next day, which was the day of the concert. There was no confirmation email received and I did not hear from the seller that night. Next morning though I heard from the seller and received the tickets electronically. In the end, we bought great seats at a good price the day before a sold out concert.

Even easier than expected. I was nervous about picking up tickets at a designated location but they set it up at will call. Couldn't be easier !

Tickets were easy to get but when we got to the gate only one ticket work, the other said it was canceled. We had bribe the lady at the gate to let us in, good thing there was assigned seats at this concert. Not only did they cost us an extra $100( in top of the 30+ dollars in fees per ticket), but the embrassment of trying to scramble to get 2 people in the concert with one ticket. I will most likely not be using this site again.

Tickets we purchased came in someone else's name and wet not scanable. For no explainable reason, we had to pay an additional $9 ($3/ticket) to get in the stadium. The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes and we missed the first pitch. Will not use this site again.

They sold my ticket after i bought it... Ridiculous... On top of that it took a day to refund.. But instantly took money out of my account before... Never going to buy from here EVER again!

Fair price for tickets. Additional fees weren't disclosed until checkout..... $150 in fees on five seats. Otherwise really quick service

Although the price for the ticket and website layout were convenient, the fees added to the sale after the card was run was not advertised or posted in the checkout. People should be notified about a 20 dollar per ticket fee before purchase so they can decide if they still think the price is fair. This needs to be added to the checkout process immediately.

The second time this baseball season I've purchased my tickets from Sensational Seats. The process is easy, simple and legitimate. I've been very pleased with the seats and being able to print my tickets immediately. Next Ranger game we'll be back to Sensational Seats for tickets!

The seller kept making excuses and dragging his feet to the point that I did not get my tickets until 2hours before tip-off. I had to demand my tickets immediately before he actually sent them to me. It was not technical difficulties. It was shady and I was convinced that it was a scam until I actually got into the venue. It was a very uneasy feeling as I traveled by air to Arizona for the game with my 7 year old son. I will never buy tickets like this again.
