I contacted kelly-anne to use he full DLA support package, kelly-Anne was absolutely amazing from beginning to end, she was my lighthouse in the DLA storm, kelly listend well was patient and put me at ease, questions that had me at a loss were simplified making it all extremely easier. With kelly by my side evidence gathering was a breeze, I didn't once have to worry or be concerned about kelly filling in the forms for me, it was such and easy and comforting process to leave everything in Kelly's capable hands. Everything was completed and referenced by kelly in timely super speed manner
When i got a copy of the completed forms it was like kelly had known my son for years, we had a successful claim in just 17 weeks

I am writing to share my personal experience with Sensational Life. Initially, I felt a great deal of apprehension, as discussing personal problems and issues is not something I usually feel comfortable with. Let alone form filling which focuses on all the negative things my son can’t do or has trouble with. However, my concerns were swiftly alleviated as I felt reassured and supported by Kellyanne. At first, I feared that I would be judged and my questions and emotions might be perceived as trivial, but I was assured that they were completely normal. It was as though a door had opened, and I no longer felt isolated in managing everything. The advice I received was clear and realistic, making a substantial difference in my journey and releasing some of the apprehension and stress .I am deeply grateful for the support and guidance provided would recommend to anyone seeking help and advice for children with disabilities,

Before finding this group I felt alone and isolated after my son was diagnosed Kelly-anne made me feel welcome and that there was always someone there to listen and to support me without judgement

Kelly sent out the item i bought same day. She's was very helpful and kept me informed with regards to delivery and roughly when to expect it. Kelly is also very informative when it comes to navigating the SEN life highly recommend her with advice help filling in forms ect.

I booked a free consultation with Kelly-anne to ask if my son would qualify for a DLA claim. From the start, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, so I decided to use one of her services to assist me with the application process. Kelly-anne helped me fill out the forms and ensured I had all the necessary supporting evidence. The DLA application process can be overwhelming, but her support made it really manageable. I genuinely could not have done it without her! I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly-anne's services to anyone navigating this challenging and stressful process or seeking knowledgeable advice (make sure to join her facebook group for peer support and advice as well). I look forward to working with her again in the future when it's time to renew the DLA claim.
