Very good customer service
The item I ordered unfortunately turned out to be faulty, but this wasn’t due to Senko Games — it was from a faulty batch at the factory. I only realised the issue about six months after receiving it because I hadn’t had much time to use it. Despite the time that had passed, they still offered me a refund, which I really appreciate. Great customer service — highly recommend.

I ordered a flashcart at a friendly price and it arrived early (around a week) considering I live in the EU. I believe it's the most suitable for my GBC! The only downside being the box that came in a pretty bad shape but I guess that's the carrier's fault. Overall good experience, recommended.
