Highly recommend!!
This was a simple process to order an alert necklace for my mother-in-law. This company has been so pleasant to deal with. My mother-in-law has set the alert off accidentally 3 times now and each time the response was quick and support was so kind and friendly. There was a fire at the company that provided phone service so we could no longer use the Alert service we had. Senior Safety provides service equipment that simply plugs into an electrical outlet and is immediately active. This is a company I highly recommend. They truly seem to care and has put us all at ease knowing they are just a push of a button away. Thank you Senior Safety Medical Alerts!

I told them what I was looking for and they sent me the supplies, it was a fast and easy setup once I received it. So far so good I have not had to use the emergency alert button. I switched to this company because the price range fit my budget better.

Senior Safety gave me peace of mind.
I had been looking for a medical safety alert company for my partner who has had several recent falls. I looked at, and researched a few companies before I found Senior Safety. From the moment I talked with a CSR on the phone, I felt we would be in good hands. Everything was really simple, there was no pressure to spend more money than we needed to. The equipment arrived in a few days, and the setup was a breeze. The best part was the free lockbox, which is so important because if the paramedics come to your home, they know exactly to get in. I am very pleased with this setup.
