We worked with Michelle Huff and she is one hard working lady for sure. She fought hard to get us the most money when other companies we looked at kept finding reasons not to work with us. Due to some technicalities that slowed the process down.... I was ready to give up but Michelle would not let me and she kept jumping every hurdle we came to until we reached the end and got the money we needed. I would recommend using Michelle and her company if you are looking at reverse mortgage loans. She will not disappoint you!

If I had to do it all over again I'd wish for the same two ladies who walked us thru this reverse process. .Prompt, accurate, pleasant, and fun to deal with....There couldn't be two better employees...........Thanks for the experience....

I will start by saving i am so thankful for contacting "Senior Reverse Mortgages". I had previously contacted a few others with no hope of getting a loan so i was told. When I emailed Senior Reverse Mortgages I was contacted immediately by Brittney Bailey and my hope was restored. Brittney wasted no time working on the loan it was going smoothly until several negative issues came about. Being that it was a very time consuming loan Brittney did not hesitate to call in Sarah Thornton to help resolve the issues. Sarah work with me day after day even emailed me late evenings to give me updates, I felt Sarah was a friend helping me at a difficult time, so dedicated to help someone who really needed a reverse mortgage. Sarah would consult with Brittney on certain issues and they would come up with a solution. I honestly believe if it had not been for Sarah's determination and devotion my loan would not have been approved. I have to give Brittney credit also she was there to the end and she knew the right person who could help me through the loan process. Sarah Thornton and Brittney Bailey thank you so very much for making my life so much easier and most of all being able to stay in my Home! Lois was so very informative and helpful! The customer service provided by Lois and Andrea was thorough, prompt and available the very day a voicemail might have been left if I could not speak with either of them on my first try. From my initial contact with Lois, she said what she meant and did not "forget" Very refreshing and reassuring to me. This was my first experience in applying for a reverse mortgage. On my first contact with them I found them easy to work with. They answered any questions that I had and supplied me with the written material that I needed to get the whole picture on what a reverse mortgage implies. The application procedure went quickly right up to the closing. They were always easily contacted by phone or email and any forms requiring signatures were quickly passed to me via FedEx, and for the returns. They covered all the closing costs, which was a bonus. I don't ever expect to do this again but if I was to I would definitely go back to them.

Abigail Ladie and Christopher Beahm really had their hands full with our application, but they worked diligently to get our loan done. We really thank them for going the "extra mile" for us. If you need their help, a call is all that is needed.

Fabulous work! I know my mortgage funding presented several twists and they managed to get the mortgage done anyway.
