I love this store app

I love this store app. I always find what I need . My crack had a small hole in it nothing would heal it up I ordered the Zink ointment cream and it has begun healing. Keep up great work

Lame excuse for a seller, unaccountable for self-designated delivery dates.

I placed an order on 9/10 with delivery advertised as 2–6 days.

9/11: I received a Shop app email with a bogus tracking link. I immediately called customer service to explain that I would be leaving in 8 days and requested the order be canceled if it could not arrive in time. The live agent reassured me the item would arrive within the promised week.

9/18: Instead of delivery, I received an email stating the item was only just shipping. I called and emailed again to cancel the order. I got a same-day reply promising a follow-up, which never came.

9/23: After 5 days of silence, I finally got a reply saying the package arrived on 9/20—a day after I left on a month-long trip. I asked the seller to coordinate with their carrier to return the item.

10/1: With no resolution, I filed a chargeback with my bank. I did not agree to pay for items delivered 150% later than the maximum promised timeframe.

The seller has refused accountability, blaming “lack of stock” despite advertising the items as in-stock at the time of purchase. Orders appear to be fulfilled by unreliable third-party/OEM channels.

The product looked like exactly what I…

The product looked like exactly what I needed to make an out of state trip. The timeline promised was great… then I got notice of a delay of a week or more. This put me past departure time. Immediately I called and texted about 6 times to be sure ‘Ammer’ knew I wanted a complete refund. I had to buy elsewhere. I have received no notice or timeline about when my cash would be refunded. This has really put a damper on my excitement of seeing people I have not been able to see in 8-10 years. Your customer service needs to have real people with real answers. $316.64 is my refund.

It was a great purchase for my elderly…

It was a great purchase for my elderly father confined to a Trans Chair. What was discouraging was that when the box was delivered someone ripped it open to see what was inside but thankfully the padding was intact ! Recommend them highly !!

Not happy

You have an established an estimated delivery on your web page so that when one is deciding to order one could see when it would be delivered. I order the product based on this. I ordered on a Thursday. It didn't get processed until Monday after I emailed and asked about it. I got a label for it but then it didn't get picked up till Tuesday. Now I ordered it from you bc I thought I could get it before the day I actually needed it. But when I messaged I just got the oh well we are sorry here's our actually shipping policy. And no there is no expedited shipping bc I would have paid for it if I could have. It is Monday my event is passed it's still somewhere in middle America it's been 7 days. Which is over thier 2-6 day shipping. And I still don't have my item. I probably won't get it till tomorrow or Wednesday bc of the holiday. Im not happy and disappointed.

NOT necessarily a delivery of 2-6 days

What went wrong: Everything! Placed an order on 8/24/2025 in my husband's name since he needed a new remote for his Perfect Sleep Chair. The order confirmation said delivery would be in 2-6 days & gave a USPS tracking #. We checked daily for the status of the remote and it always showed "waiting for shipper to pick up"...we assumed that the USPS was being late in updating the tracking notice. By Thursday I called the customer service #. A young lady tried to be helpful but ended up basically saying that she needed to speak with the warehouse and would call me back.
What went mostly right...After more than 2 hours, I called in and asked for a supervisor and was transferred to James...who was totally honest and awesome in trying to help...but sadly could only deliver bad news starting with they did not have the ordered remote in stock and were waiting for a shipment. Of course, this led to my questions of why was the item not shown as backordered, a message sent advising me of the expected new delivery date, and if I had been advised of this I could have gottened the needed remote by Amazon, etc. He tried numerous ways to help but always had to check on the product delivery date, the warehouse or his boss to ship to us by next day air from CA to NC. He ALWAYS called me back in a timely manner and was polite and honest with me. James never said a bad word about his boss, Alex but I quickly sensed that James would have done whatever it would take to assist me but his hands were tied. Understandable as we've all had that kind of boss.
He called me on Friday morning confirming what he had told me on Thursday that the expected remotes had been delivered after hours Thursday night and he had already been in touch with the warehouse to confirm that our order was packed and going out by my requested shipper, UPS. Since the Labor Day holiday was coming up quickly I knew our chances of getting it sooner were better with UPS than the USPS.
All in all a horrible ordering experience, partly saved by a great supervisor but nevertheless had us out Friday afternoon buying a Pride sleep chair with a store that stocks the Pride parts in hopes of not reliving this nightmare again.
In our case since the cord for the remote of the Perfect Sleep chair got caught in its mechanism, the cord was cut making the remote inoperable with the chair back mostly reclined and the footstool out. Hence, making gdtting in and out of the chair nearly impossible. Therefore, my advise to anyone needing a part quickly is to call in, ask for a supervisor (and hopefully you'll get James) and have them confirm your desired part is in stock and how soon will your order be out the door.
In our case, our order date was 8/24 and tomorrow is Monday, Labor Day so fingers crossed we will see it on Tuesday, 9/2...if so, our delivery will have occured in 9 days!

refusal to refund

On 6/19/25 I placed an order for: Nova Medical Heavy DutyBariatric Transport Folding Chairs - Extra Wide 22" SeatBrand New / Blue 332B FedEx tracking picture shows thatthe package was delivered on the porch 6/25/25. I neverreceived this package nor did i sign for it. I contactSenior.com to advise package was never received and theystated that they would file a claim with FedEx claim#C197148579 and that claim was denied by FedEx and whenI contacted FedEx they would not provide information as towhy it was denied because I was not the shipper. I contacted Senior.com requesting a refund and they advised that they would forward to management and someone would contact me. I have made several phone calls and multiple emails requesting status of my refund and still have not heard from them. I would be very mindful of placing an order with a company that clearly sees that an item was not received and refuses to refund!!
