There was a fault after my battery installation. They were on the case immediately and worked over the weekend before Christmas to organise a second visit

Contractors arrived nice & early two nice chaps fitted new invertor took old one away cleaned up behind them very pleasant went through everything with us before they left no problems

The. 3 man team that came to our house where very professional the main man Lee answered every question I had about my system and moor which left us feeling we were in good hands.

Job done when you said and seems fine. But a few issues. I expected a complete service for the money i paid which frankly i assumed included removal of all muck from my gutters and the whole area left clean. Instead i got muck splattered on my car roof and front drive and a lot of stuff left in my gutters. For the price i paid thats not great. Frankly given its £1440 for 2 guys less than an hours work i expected better. The two lads were nice enough but come on clean everything please.

Great service from quotation to installation. Now in operation & im amazed with the generation from 12 panels.

Excellent aftersales service to set up my system to take advantage of charging my batteries during the low rate time and using it during the higher cost rate . Both the Help desk and Ashley were very helpful . Thankypu

Prompt at given arrival time. Two good lads, Chris and Bryn. Explained to me the task in detail. Although fortunately for them, with my property having a high front elevation, I have a 4:5m ladder and a longer hose pipe which they were able to use. So for future reference maybe a longer version of both for the lads to use.
