Our son used Seneca plus Exam Boost for his GCSEs and found it particularly helpful for Geography and the Sciences. The Customer Service was also excellent.

Schools if you are considering switching from Seneca to Sparx, please, please, please don't. This is far better for kids. Its less stressful, it works better and it doesn't create the same anxiety.

Seneca is a waste of time as I’m fairly sure I all questions are completely ai generated and most questions are complete guesswork I was asked what the average age of death was in Victorian England and it said 21-43 which is the wrong answer and is like me saying the average of death is 0 to 100. Schools should never use it.

i enjoy using this app but some of the ai imagry is distubing espcially when i got jumscared by a spider and i have arachnidphobia

My daughter used Seneca for her GCSE revision studies and thought it was great.
If she feels she would like to use Seneca for her A Level revision then I wouldn't hesitate to take out another subscription for her.
I contacted Seneca yesterday with a query that they have resolved within 24 hours, great customer service from Olivia and the company.

Super learning, got my daughter through her GCSEs: well worth the money. Fantastic communication from Seneca too when I contacted their customer services. Would use again in a heartbeat!

This was pushed on us by the school to enable our child to do their homework but, we are constantly bombarded with prompts to upgrade to a premium version!

We were not given a choice which platform we could use and have had nothing but prompts to pay to upgrade to almost 85 quid a year.My daughter was excited to do extra English work which was dropped in along side her home work as ‘not homework’ and was gutted to find there was an extra cost to do this. These are underhand selling techniques that I find disgraceful.

Have raised a complaint with the school to see if she can access her work via sharepoint outside of this click baity framework!

As a student, im completely burnt out from seneca. Although the topics may be "short", teachers can and will upload several lessons that add up and take hours to complete. And then I have other homework to finish as well so I just don't have enough time

This platform generates ai images. Whilst it is hypocritical for me to be angered by thought that they're using ai for images whilst their whole platform is based on ai, it doesn't mean ai has to be used for even the little aspects like images. I'd prfer if they used their corny memes and gifs instead of ai. Stop normalising ai for such little things!!!!

Seneca learning has really helped my children through GCSEs and A levels. I have recommended it to a number of friends.

My Son earned a grade 7 in both Geography and Business Studies, one full grade increase in each subject, thanks to Seneca. He said it was interactive and made studying more enjoyable. With a heavy course load, and less time devoted to these subjects, Seneca has proven to be a worthy and small investment. Highly recommend.

The Seneca resources were excellent and have helped both my son and daughter achieve good results in their respective GCSE exams. Furthermore, the customer service received from them has been very responsive.
