I use them to send out periodic newsletters for my non-profit. Very reliable. The editor is clear and simple to use. The subscribe widget works well on my website. Reasonable prices as your subscription list increases. Their customer service seems very responsive, but I have had no problems. I recommend for small and large companies.

We love SendX and send 15,000,000 Annually

Our firm has been using SendX for a full year and have had a wonderful experience. SendX is the best email delivery choice I've ever made.

I moved one of my companies to SendX from AWeber a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier with that decision. In fact, I'm so happy with SendX that this past weekend we moved another of my companies over from GetResponse. The platform and the tools are excellent, the cost is much more reasonable than the others and the customer service is fantastic.

You're always going to have issues pop up with email marketing no matter where you are; I've been doing it for 30 years. SendX is always right there with answers and solutions, and they go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need.

Very highly recommended.

Be very careful. They report sending out emails, and only send like half of them. When you ask support about it, they pretend it’s not the case and go off topic… very sus

I'd like to address what you're describing, because email delivery is genuinely complicated and the gap between "sent" and "delivered" confuses a lot of people (including experienced marketers).
When you send an email through SendX, we hand it off to receiving servers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). What happens next is largely out of our hands. Emails can be soft-bounced, delayed, or quarantined based on your domain's reputation, your content, recipient engagement history, or the ISP's own filtering. Our dashboard shows what we sent and what the receiving servers reported back, but we can't control what Gmail does after it accepts the message.
If you're seeing a gap between sent and delivered, our Advanced Deliverability Analytics add-on can show you exactly which ISPs are causing the issue and why. That's usually the fastest path to a fix.
I can't find an account under your name, so if you're still having trouble, email support@sendx.io with your account email and we'll dig into the specific data together. Happy to have our deliverability team audit your setup personally.

The experience has been horrible. They will promise you an account manager that you cannot reach out to, responses take forever, and when you ask them specific questions, they avoid addressing your points.

I was never able to send a proper campaign or activate a workflow. The platform lacks basic essential features, and it's buggy.

To test if it was an illusion from my side, I tested the platform for several months because of the low price they charged me, but nothing changed during those months, so my conclusion is that they will take your money during your stay there, and that's all they want.

As of today, 10/16/25, I sent a test campaign to a few personal emails, and they don't even get to spam.

Furthermore, there is no clarity on the team; they isolate themselves, making their business so shady.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. I've reviewed your account history and want to address your concerns directly.

You're right that response times fell short during your time with us, particularly in October when your account manager was out of office and coverage gaps left you waiting longer than acceptable. That's on us. We've since improved our escalation process so VIP customers aren't left waiting when their primary contact is unavailable.

You're also right that certain features, like the billing portal for viewing invoices, weren't available when you needed them. We built that based partly on your feedback, and it's now live for all customers. The workflow layout issues you experienced have also been addressed.

On the deliverability concerns: online gaming is one of the most challenging industries for email. Gmail, Outlook, and other major providers apply aggressive filtering to gambling-related content regardless of which platform sends the emails. We worked with your team to diagnose these issues, and in most cases the emails were leaving our system successfully but being filtered or quarantined by receiving ISPs due to content and industry classification. This is a reality of the space, not unique to SendX.

We genuinely tried to make this work, including multiple calls with your team and ongoing technical support. Ultimately, the results you needed weren't achievable given the constraints of your industry, and I understand why that's frustrating.

For anyone reading this who operates in a regulated or high-risk industry: we're happy to discuss what's realistic before you commit. Email deliverability in gaming, crypto, cannabis, and similar spaces requires specialized strategy, and we'd rather have an honest conversation upfront than disappoint you later.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service, Terrible Support. An email with 10,000 contacts take 24 hours to be sent. Never use them, they have all the excuses in the world.

I reviewed your support history and want to address your concerns.

Regarding response times: our records show you were connected with a human agent within 3 minutes of requesting one. Our support rep identified the issue quickly, your DNS records hadn't propagated to your domain, and asked for a screenshot to help troubleshoot. The conversation ended when you declined to share any diagnostic information.

On the sending speed: new accounts are intentionally throttled when sending to large lists. This isn't a limitation, it's protection. Sending 10,000 emails instantly from a brand-new domain would almost certainly trigger spam filters and damage your sender reputation. Gradual warmup is an industry best practice that every reputable email platform follows.

I'd also gently note that our support team was called "fraud" and "useless" during this interaction while actively trying to help. We're always happy to assist customers through technical challenges, but we do ask for basic cooperation and respectful communication.
If you'd like to give SendX another try with a proper warmup strategy, we're here to help.

Otherwise, I wish you the best with your email marketing.

Horrible platform, support and owners literally lie.

If I could give SendX zero stars I would. If we put aside that a bunch of stuff just doesn't work, when you ask support about it, the straight up try to lie to you and tell you that it does. I tested drip campaigns with over 10 personal emails, nothing ever got delivered (didn't even end up in spam, just never arrived). When I confronted their "delivery team" they ensured me that all the emails were delivered and that it might be my fault so they ended up in spam. When I explained that I was the owner of those email inboxes, they literally told me "Okay, we started sending all the emails, stop complaining" .

Scam Alert!

Never waste your time with SendX email service. The Email delivery is too slow and an email containing OTP may take 7000+ seconds to get delivered.

After experiencing such a bad service, I wanted to cancel it. Najwa from the support desk confirms that my subscription has been canceled.

But my card got charged again today.
