Good service overall, I found the charges confusing, starting with one quote and ending with few add ons.

Words honestly can’t express how disappointed I am with this shipping company. Every single glass item in my shipment arrived completely shattered. I took the time to carefully wrap everything in bubble wrap and packed it securely to prevent movement, and I clearly labeled every side of the box “VERY FRAGILE.” It feels like those warnings were completely ignored and the box was handled with no care at all. What makes this even worse is that it’s not just about the monetary value—it’s the sentimental loss. Many of these pieces were from Norway, where we shipped from, and they can’t be replaced here in the U.S. I am absolutely gutted over it. To make matters worse, I know I added insurance to this shipment, but I’m not seeing any record of that coverage now, which is incredibly frustrating.
DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!!

Great customer service/ website needs reviewing
I was sending my bags half way across the world for the first time and felt quite nervous to do so. The information online for sending UK to Australia was quite confusing and upon calling the company a few times was told it needed to be updated on the website. The information about what needed to be printed/ what was required paperwork for customs in Aus is apparently no longer needed however it’s still up on the website.
What is great about the company is their customer service. Every person I spoke to was calm, patient and informative . I really appreciated their time and their ability to answer all of my questions.
The only other issue was that the suitcases I sent were absolutely bartered on the other end. However, this is pre-warned when booking that their may be some damage to carriers. It also is likely that it’s out of the Send My Bag’s hands as they use various transport companies to do the shipping.
Overall, I’m glad the content of my bags arrived safely (even if the outside was completely shredded) and I would consider using the company again in the future.

Really fast delivery, easy process, but +25% additional fees!
Sent a bag from New Zealand to Germany. Delivery was really fast, tracking was exact and date of delivery was exactly as planned.
I am not really sure if it was Send my Bag’s fault or Fed Ex’s fault (delivery was by Fed Ex), but I had to pay +25% to Fed Ex when the bag arrived because there were some “service fees and toll fees” to be paid… I don’t know why they can’t say that before you send your bag, because you have to make an exact list of what is in your bag, and I think like this they should know how much extra fee/tolls you have to pay and they should inform you about that!
