If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to run a small business, and after 4 days they still had not picked up. Had to send Express via Australia Post.
This has happened several times, and they do not communicate if there are any issues.

When ordering packages, on both occasions where Sendle was used, my package was simply never delivered. When I checked the tracking link on the two seperate packages, it would always show that it was ‘waiting for pick up’ for several weeks. When I contact them, they tell me they tried to contact the company once several weeks ago, and then proceeded to follow the “can’t call the girl first” business approach. They refuse to call or email the business again to follow up and would rather the customer be left with no answers and no package. I can see there are already 1 star reviews here so let this be more proof that this business will continue to do a half-ass attempt at delivering your packages.
For businesses attention who are wanting to use this company: don’t. Using this delivery company will only harm your sales. The first time this happened and in all honestly, the second time too, I was convinced (by Sendle) that it was the businesses fault that my package was not delivered. This, in turn, made me not order from that business again. I’m now realising, it’s not the businesses incompetence, it’s the delivery company. Choose wisely. A poor delivery company will cost you way more money.

Why this review, this is the second time my parcel has been sent by Sendle last time I got a refund this time it looks like another refund why do companies keep using them beggars belief they are dreadful.
Sendle are scammers
Just received an email saying that my parcel cannot be delivered due to, no post code.
I paid for my items through BPay so my address details are in the system, so that is a straight out lie, now they want to charge me more to deliver it tomorrow.
Missed parcel collection
Missed parcel collection then stated that tried to collect. Just straight up lie, was in all day.
Lost my parcel
Lost my parcel, and then refuses to pay for compensation putting the onus back onto the sender. Don’t use Sendle I wouldn’t trust them with a barge pole.
Impossible to get compensation for lost parcels
After so much back and forth, Sendle finally admitted that they've lost my parcel.
They however, made the process to get claim compensation nearly impossible.
Facts:
1. My item was worth $300 (I have proof from my ebay)
2. Shipping cost was $17
3. Sendle lost the parcel and admitted to it.
4. Sendle refused to refund both the shipping cost and the cover amount (up to $100)
Even if Sendle was to compensate me, it would have only covered 30% of the actual loss.
Sendle hid behind "their process" which required full and detailed invoices for both buying and selling the item in question. They questioned the legitimacy of my claim when the only undisputed fact is that they lost my item.
Their cover team were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
This company is rotten to the very core. Save yourself some pain and use Auspost instead!

Lost package
They lost my package and then said the item was excluded from their insurance policy. My item was a collectible coin roll. I would highly recommend going with Australia Post instead of using Sendle. Australia Post is a normal courier with normal insurance coverage and is much more worth it for peace of mind. I would not recommend Sendle to anyone at all. Such a disappointing experience.

On Thursday 20th March I had a courier booked to pick up my parcel as a “no printer” pickup to deliver an EBay sale.
Driver arrives, I advise it’s a no printer pickup and he acknowledges and off he goes. Next day I receive an email to say a pickup attempt was made but unsuccessful. I contact Sendle straight away to advise this was picked up and they launch an investigation. Apparently driver has been interviewed and depot searched and my parcel has disappeared? I believe the driver never applied and scanned the label and the parcel still appears to be sitting at my address for over 3 weeks.
I’ve obviously lost the eBay sale and now my goods. Im in the process of trying to obtain cctv from other residents but with multiple entry and exists onto the street its hard to find it. Anyway even if I prove the van drove up my street the driver doesn’t remember walking to my front door, conversing with me regarding the no printer label and leaving!
I’m disappointed in this process as it’s super convenient if you have a quick sale and no printer to hand however you’re then putting your trust in the driver to label your parcel. Will never use this service again and if you think of using it take photos and cover yourself! I wish I didn’t trust the process as much as I did

FRAUDULENT ADJUSTMENT CHARGES.
Had been using Sendle for a while with a few hiccups here and there, but in the last two months, 90% of what I sent had "adjustment charges" slapped on it that were absolutely bogus. 120gm parcels were being claimed to weigh 3.1kg etc, so my shipping costs were doubled. They don't even directly notify you about adjustment charges either, you find out on the invoice at the end of the week or if you check individual deliveries on your dashboard. Their auto-scan & weigh system jams multiple parcels and they haven't done anything about it. I'm absolutely done with them after they refunded me a single dollar for last four bogus overcharges, when I had photographs of these parcels on my postage scales.
Incapable of being honest...or delivering
I paid extra on ebay to have delivered by courier. Was a phone cover. After a few days website stated could not deliverr as I was not home and a card was left. Nope. They told me would be 3 more days. I said leave in letter Box. Nope. Now they are saying they tried again but was 'unsafe to leave'. No card. Lies. Never came the 2nd time either. Now mentioning could have been left at a PopShop, whatever that is. Now they say they will launch a thourough and urgent investigation taking 7 Business days. I dont know how to sort it. AVOID this company. No urgency with their own problems. Cannot deliver a small item. Not truthful. Helpline seems interested and then at the end drops the standard leadtime for investigation bombshell and then stops writing on the HelpLine. No debate - tatah! A 3 day delivery will be at least 2-3 weeks and that is just to complete the 'Investigation' stage.
Extremely poor service from courier partners
I tried Sendle a few times for my online business. They use a few different couriers, one of which offers extremely poor service, Aramex. They don't collect parcels for DAYS! Up to 3-4 days. You can't choose which courier you book via Sendle. It doesn't show until you have purchased the label. So find a good courier service and go directly with them - don't use these guys.
This is an extremely low grade delivery option. Poor Service all around.

Missing Parcel and Delivery Discrepancy** sent via CouriersPlease and handled by Sendle.
The parcel in question was supposed to be delivered to my property. The tracking information provided by Sendle shows that the courier claimed to have attended the property and delivered the parcel at **12:05 PM on Friday, 21st March**, with the note that it was "delivered according to instructions" (Authority to Leave - ATL). However, this claim is untrue. The driver did **not** attend my property at that time, nor was the parcel delivered. I was home at the time and there was no delivery attempt made.
At **4:30 PM** on the same day, I lodged a complaint about the missing parcel. At **4:44 PM**, I received a response from the courier stating that they had attempted delivery again, but this also was untrue, as I was also home at the time. The driver then changed the status to reflect that the parcel could not be delivered due to me being unavailable and that he did not have an authority to leave afterall. This is all false.
Additionally, the driver failed to leave a card for redirection, further compounding the problem. The tracking page on your website this morning now claims that the parcel has been delivered, which contradicts the information provided by the screenshots I have attached, showing the complete timeline and the discrepancies in the delivery information.
Sendle wrote back with the usual stuff. Such a poor service.

I have 4 parcels to be picked up with reference numbers SKMCWNT, SV83B4B, and SMG8VGH, SMG8VGH. Today marks the 5th day and my parcels still haven’t been picked up.
I’ve contacted customer service at least 4 times and all they do is give useless responses like “make sure your parcel is ready” or “if not picked up today, it’ll be picked up the next day.” When I ask for a specific pickup ETA, they have no idea. The worst part is on 3rd day, one agent, JR, straight up lied to me, saying the driver is on the routin would be there very soon and my parcel would be picked up today. Guess what? Nothing happened until today.
I had no choice but to drive to the Sendle drop-off location to drop off the parcels, only to find out they couldn’t be scanned into the system because the labels were created for pickup, not drop-off—how ridiculous! I had to leave the parcels unscanned, just hoping they would be picked up and delivered safely to our customers.
With no phone support, just clueless and dishonest customer service, I’m left feeling completely frustrated. I’m left with a ruined business as well. Sendle’s pickup service and customer support are an absolute joke.

Don't use Sendle!!! Sendle driver threw the parcel at the front door of my customer. In full view of street. He didn't attempt to place it in a safe place. My customer was home all day.
My customer didn't receive a notice advising parcel had been delivered until hours later.

After numerous emails to Sendle from myself and my customer Sendle have accepted fault. I've submitted a claim with copy of invoice.
Sendle refuse to refund full amount. After so many emails back and forth they are still refusing to refund full amount.
I have CCTV footage of Sendle driver throwing parcel at front door.

I don't understand why they have not been shut down by the ACCC. Do not ever use this company. Someone sent me something using Sendle over a month ago, Sendle attempted delivery 2 weeks ago and it has been bouncing around between depots for weeks now. just leave it in my post box!? The item does not require a signature!
