I paid extra for them to check for screen yellowing and no photos were shown of the conditions of the IPS panels. So naturally it came with screen yellowing. a big bummer for me but I guess that’s how it goes. Other than that great packaging.

I needed an unusual, big size item from YahooJP. All other proxy-services refused to handle that or had insane fees on it.
Sendico staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning on, they checked if the item is eligible for export and took care of it. Everything worked out perfectly smooth, highly recommend. Fair pricing, great packaging, no hassle.

Best packaging I've ever received. They had intentionally flatpacked the cardboard box by item came in and individually bubble wrapped everything. And even included small origami figurines as gifts.

Overall sendico is a pretty good service. The only thing I don’t like is that when converting your money,(at least from what I saw) it doesn’t really show you exactly how much money of your own currency it’s taking, it only shows you in yen. You kind of have to rely on an online converter, but you can’t really be sure that’s the exact amount that they’re taking when converting it. Besides that, everything else was amazing.
