Sending and receiving in one API instead of two vendors

We were paying one provider to send transactional email and a second to read the replies, and stitching them together with a webhook. Two dashboards, two bills, two sets of DNS records. SendHQ does both. Domain verified in five minutes, outbound and inbound worked on the first try, and the reply parsing lands straight on our endpoint.

We are an invoice financing platform and the replies are customers sending remittance details, so losing one is expensive. Nothing has been lost in three months.

Support is 24/7 with a 12 hour cap and answered a question about inbound routing in about forty minutes on a Saturday.

If you are running two vendors for this, consolidating is worth the afternoon.
