Very unprofessional and way overpriced
Ordered a gift delivery on 26th of December for a delivery on 30th. Received no status updates about the order whatsoever during the four days and on the actual delivery day. So on the 30th have tried calling the provided UK customer support number to check, but to no avail. Nobody answered, no voicemail option was offered.
In the end had to hastily arrange a last minute order with an alternative gift services company to make sure the occasion was not spoiled.
At the end of the day received an e-mail from a representative stating they couldn't locate the address. When questioned why this could not have been resolved prior during the four days after the order was placed received no reasonable explanation.
So use only if you are fine with your preferred delivery day being missed due to lack of due diligence while being kept in the dark the whole time.
