Absolute rubbish products
Absolute rubbish products. 2 x 925 silver Celtic knot rings ordered for a special friend who’s husband passed suddenly. Not only are they not stamped, they are not silver at all. I came out in a red, angry rash, my finger was swollen within hours of wearing it then it split totally in half. I spoke to my friend and hers had too. How embarrassing was that too.

Hi. I'm absolutely descusted with the amount of co.panies that are getting g away with advertising products using genuine videos of exelent products only to receive cheap versions and poor quality products, I bought a flexible filler that is supoae to help fill gaps and holes easily without using putty or fillers,. The item was nothing g like it was supose to be, and after checking on trust pilot and the Internet, it just turned out to be another co.pany selling fake products. Iv been the dilly one for not checking the reviews before buying. The company is fake and refunds and returns are nothing like it says in the description of the service. I ordered two religious crosses
I ordered two religious crosses. When they finally arrived they looked NOTHING like the description or photo.
No engraving on the back and very cheap plastic quality. To be honest I could have purchased something better from pound land!
Highly disappointed by this site and I will not or recommend someone to order from here. I would have sent them back, but they took so long to get here it's just not worth my time.
I would have left a 0 star rating but sadly there wasn't any.
Companies like this obviously only care about turnover and not about customer satisfaction. Shame!

The products are not reliable and v low quality. Bought a pan non sticky non scratch and non oxidising. after one use the pan is scratched and oxidised and only use non scratch utensils. Ridiculous. Ask for money back and customer care reply the same email over and over no support

Too good to be true. Surely false advertising!!!
The video advert showed an aerosol spray can creating a watertight seal. Perfect for my leaky rain gutter I thought. The website stated - 'Package includes: 1 * Leak Repair Waterproof Sealant Spray'. I ordered two to get one free. After almost two weeks, my smaller than expected package arrived and inside were three little boxes which were Leak repair 'cream'. Nothing that sprays!!! Looking back at the website, I can see the words say spray but the still pictures show 'cream' (the video still has the 'miracle' spray can).

I have contacted their customer services for a refund as they did not send me what I ordered, and have been advised it will be very expensive (for me) to send them back, but if I just keep them, they will give me a 20% store voucher to use on their site/shop.
