Mike the owner awful attitude,
Mike the owner is not a nice man. For someone who works with people attitude is everything. Especially for the amount of money they spend on your work. I had a very brief encounter with him due to my appointment times getting jumped around. When I told him how frustrating it was to book a time and then have it change on me he simply said “ well, you here now aren’t you? “ as if I should just let that go that my time was wasted. Baffles me to run a business like that. I may not no a lot about running a business, however I do when someone is telling you about a website error that maybe just maybe you listen to them. He seemed like he hated his job. Typical New York attitude only with more nastiness, too many companies doing what he’s doing where you get treated a bit better, my advice to mike is to let someone else handle customer relations. You seem better suited staying behind a computer. 👍 My 2 cents. For what it’s worth.
