Amazing experience
Amazing experience - first time user.
What a brilliant company and excellent customer experience. The pricing and process is clear, I received my pack promptly. Sent back at 10am via royal mail and had my results by 4.30 the following day. I was worried about symptoms but couldn't get an appointment with the GP. The negative results are a huge relief but even if they had been different, knowing earlier makes the next steps so much quicker.

Clear, quick & professional
The test is very simply laid out , thus you can really do it all yourself. They have also been very professional - one of the tubes broke in transit and I was sent a replacement test at no cost to retake in just 24 hours.

Prompt delivery and really fast results my only gripe is, I had to travel quite a way for the blood draw where previously they offered somewhere closer.

Many thanks for your positive review. Regarding the blood draw, I’m sorry that we weren’t able to offer the clinic closer to you. Although our list of clinic partners is comprehensive they are a third party provider (via Superdrug and Tuli) and so if your local pharmacy no longer offers the venous-draw service I’m afraid we can only offer the next closest. We also offer in-home phlebotomy services as an alternative, in an effort to serve as many areas as possible.
