Consider carefully purchases from this website
This is a Chinese ecomm company based in Shenzhen which is not apparent from the website. The crossbody bag looked excellent on the website however the product received was very inferior and not to the same design. I checked the returns policy which is at the customer’s cost and original shipping costs are not refundable. I then contacted customer service for a returns address and process.
This is when I discovered I was required to return the product to China at international shipping costs. This would have cost an additional 50% of the items original purchase price.
Customer service were responsive and agreed a small refund as compensation instead of returning the product. I am awaiting refund.
Customers should consider
1. It took 15 days for delivery having paid for their fastest delivery option
2. The product was not as shown or described there is a high level of misrepresentation
3.Returns for refunds require international shipment at customer’s cost
