Great staff and service but…

Great staff and service. Unfortunately, men’s toilets are broken and everybody is having to use the easy access toilet. I have disabled parents making it difficult for them to use the only toilet accessible to them. Also the fire places don’t work and despite Collette and Frank’s best efforts to fix these problems, Ember Inns have done nothing about it. Apart from that, a really great pub and would have been a 5 star review.

I was a seller on this website a few…

I was a seller on this website a few months ago. If you accept CashApp as a gateway on your website, buyers can easily scam you. Selly.gg will mark the payment as paid. If a new buyer sends you money, you need to accept it. Therefore, lets say a buyer 'sends' a $50 payment for a product on your website, and you don't accept it within the time, they can cancel the payment, and Selly will mark it paid. I lost nearly $200 like this from an overnight scam.

They help scammers steal money

Absolutely horrendous website. The help scammers defraud people out of money and then say they are not responsible.

I paid for a membership for one of the stores on this platform, the seller took my money and gave me nothing in return, I sent dozens of emails, and I finally went to selly to file a complaint.

They said they are not responsible for anything and they can't help with anything even though they processed the payment and host this store/website.

The store is still up scamming people out of their money. Absolutely terrible support, rude and unhelpful, stay away from anything selly.

They help scammers steal your money, do not buy anything on their platform.

Looks like a scam company

Looks like a scam company. They support ethereum payments which can't even be processed by them, the order will never get confirmed on the website even if the payment is on blockchain. Their support doesn't care to even respond to the issue. Avoid at all costs.

Great service

Great service. The payments work smoothly, has many features and good support. Ignore the negative reviews, they’re not actually people reviewing Selly, but people that use Selly.

Got scammed by someone using Selly

Got scammed by someone using Selly. 2 separate people used one of their sellers offering a deal on grub hub to place an order. They paid the selly seller then the seller hacked into my grub hub account and placed the order using my credit card on file. I understand that Selly isn't the one doing the scam but they are responsible if scammers are using their platform. Unacceptable.

Clearing the reviews up.

Hello guys, all of the reviews from here are targeted at the individual stores and not Selly the platform itself. So you can NOT trust any of these reviews. Selly is a platform where you can make your own store, and sell your own things. Therefore, non of these reviews is about Selly itself or about any of the other stores not listed here, but the review is actually about that individual store the review writer has bought from.

i just wanted to clear this up, because people doesn't trust my webshop because of all of these bad reviews. Selly is a service and NOT a individual store.

Thank you, Malte.
