The complete timing and process with SellWhenever, was absolutely smooth. Every person I spoke with was kind, and so helpful. At no time did I feel pushed to make a decision to take part in this program. My main concern was that this company was going to try and "scam" me and take my property, that is certainly not the case. These funds will used for repairs on my property.

Good Explain Process with a $$$. If you join with them worth it.
The cash incentive can trick you into thinking there’s some sort of catch with their model for just for signing up (I got $2200, btw).
