quick delivery! i accidentally got sent the wrong items and it got fixed immediately!

I heated about Sellpy and thought I’d be a great alternative to Vinted. But honestly biggest mistake. I sent them 35 items - all either completely new or almost new from known brands like Ganni, Tommy Hilfiger. They only sold 5 items and I got 40 cent payout!!! Rest was their commission share (more than 60%) and advertisement cost. All this was absolutely not very obvious when sending the bags. I feel mislead and ask them to return the rest of my items - usually you also pay a big amount for that but the agreed to send back free of charge. Waste if time and money.

Great. This is a good website

From sellers point of view, this seems like a great idea, just send a bag of all your clothes and they handle the rest. But when they donate over half of the clothes, and take a whopping 60% of the selling price, leaving you with 40%, from which you also have to pay another advertisement fee. You are left with basically nothing.
If you sell an item for 50 dkk, in the end you only get 11 dkk. Provided you have made enough money for the total of the advertisement fees.

Not worth it.

I love Sellpy, good service and usually fast delivery, but there is one thing they need to change. They take the money on the day of the order placement, and this is illegial in Denmark at least. You are not allowed to charge until you have shipped the goods. In my recent case, the shipping time is almost 3 weeks, and they blocked the amount on my card already on the next day of my order placement. That is not ok, and needs to be changed, if they don´t want to get troubles with the authorities.

Not a good experience and I will never buy on this website again. The bag was described as Marc Jacobs bag and nowhere was mentioned that’s it’s a poor Chinese copy.

Sellpy is the absolute WORST second hand app i have ever used. When you try to sell things on there, it, first of all, only gives you 40% of the price of the sold item, which is nothing (they are taking 60% FOR THEMSELVES), but in those 40% you have to pay an EXTRA fee for them putting the item for sale, so if you sell the item for lets say 100 DKK in the end you only get 10 DKK of those 100, which is TOTALLY scam and absolutely not worth it. Sellpy does NOT deserve all the money they are making, and they are STEALING our money. Do not use Sellpy!!!!!

I like the concept of this website, but in actuality they don't deliver. I have both sold and bought clothes from them. The quality of clothing you receive can be questionable. I've thrown clothing out I bought from them because the quality was so trash I doubted I could even donate it. Which defeats the point of the whole website. Which is even more infuriating to me because I've sent them clothing in near perfect condition that they've donated. I sent a whole bag of clothing to them and in the end I only received enough credits to buy a cheap dress that ended up being horrible quality. I was extremely disappointed in my selling experience with them and I will never do it again. My advice is to use another platform to buy and sell like vinted, which has cheaper shipping and a higher likelihood of selling your items.

They take a super high commission and are quick to reduce the prices to the point where it doesn't make sense to even try to sell it. Mistakes has happened. I sent in 2 dolls with clothing and they separated everything and wanted to sell in eaches. That doesn't make sense when it belonged to the individual doll. But it is done so that they can charge an advertisement fee of 9 DKK for each advertisement. I often think it is better to just donate the clothing and be done with it. I have had many issues.

It's perfect, although it would have been nice that the Kindle came in English, not Russian Cyrillic but nevertheless in excellent condition.

Super quick and quality and sizes match description

You almost don’t make any money on your clothes; after they take such a procentage on the clothes (watch if they take the right one), the 9 kr for each piece and sending in the bags you almost lost all the money! Use vintage or resell shops- your clothes is not really possible to get back, only if you at willing to send the 9 kr again and money pr piece to get back you clothes

I sent a bag months ago, good brands, most of it was almost not used, even one dress had still the tags on. One item was apparently sold a long time ago and I still didnt get a single øre. And cant be found under "mine salg" either.

Really really sketchy...

I dont even care if I only get only 100 DKK in total as they take care of everything and this is what I like about Sellpy, but it seems to be a scam unfortunately

Simple and easy, will buy again

The amount of money and time I invested was totally not worth the return. Very bad experience of selling.

Don't send your clothes to Selpy - As a seller you get almost no money. I sent expensive clothes that they have priced extremely low. For example, 25 kr for a suit that cosed 2,000 kr. which I had worn twice. Almost everything I have sent to them is expensive clothes that I had worn a little - They sell it for less then 90% below purchase price. Then they take 70% + 9 kr in advertising fee, in addition to the bags you have to pay to sent your clothing. After now 4 sold items, I haven't got any money. If I am lucky I will get 200 kr in total. I have sent 15 items of an estimate value 10.000 dkr. Its Grazy... I rather have given my clothing to someone needing them.
