This dude is a st8 scammer, and I am going to go as far and say Sellpass may be helping him enable his scamming by keeping him on the platform.

I have sent an email with all proof needed as well. if something is not done about him I will take my formal complaint to the BBB.

Tl;dr: They are damn criminals, hard avoid these people.

Don't do any business with these criminals. They are literally ignoring GDPR regulations and just don't give a f_ck about people with requests they should comply according to GDPR. They did not reply to my email (Which I bumped) for one and a half month. I did contact with them through their official Discord server, first time of course I got no help. When I asked it the second time, their employee told me there is no estimated time when they will answer. So basically they told me to f_ck myself, since a company is REQUIRED to comply with the request within 30 days and even if they require more time for processing the request, they are REQUIRED to notify and give an explanation to the user within 30 days of the initial request. At this point almost 2 months passed, I will bump the email for the third time, if they don't reply within a week or so I just file a complaint with my country's data protection authority. Hope these criminals' ass gets fined.

Edit: I did read their useless ignorant reply (Even now they did not open my emails, since then they would knew that I am not a business customer and that this copy paste reply helps nothing in my case), also they still not event addresses why they are treating GDPR regulations as "recommendations" instead of hard rule. Still avoid these people, they are just criminals and clowns....

Edit 2, 2/2/2024 (They only added the EU GDPR part 3 days ago, before that I got some low effort sample response): Ok, I will message to the owner of the shop to get in touch with you (Since as I seen your dashboard and the API docs, there is no way for the shop owner to delete all information of a customer from your servers). If you will cooperate with the shop owner and delete all my information from your server (Including, but not exclusive to IP address, country, email address, useragent) I will gladly remove the negative review.

Best Support and an easy understanding of how to use sellpass api. Took me less than minutes to get started, And one of their amazing feature is their support. tancando has helped me throughout all my issues

Overall, I've had a really good experience with Sellpass so far, and I feel like over time the platform will keep improving. Generally, everything was effortless and simple, however, I had a few key issues:

1. The support response time is slow. My account has an issue that could risk me being locked out, and I've gone 4 days without a response.
2. I found it impossible to link my discord. Trying to link my account always resulted in an endlessly loading page.
3. I'd appreciate a better explanation of how the dynamic webhook works.

Great platform but I'm really hoping to see it improve. This review is definitely subject to change as it develops.

I'm a genuine user. I appreciate the layout and how they give you a high quality storefront. I believe this is better than sellix and atshop. As soon as I am able to buy a better member ship I will. Sellpass is a platform to sell. ANY EXPERIENCE THAT INVOLVES A SUBDOMAIN has to do with another entity. I write this because they provide free storefront for people and they don't have too.

People are just so stupid, they think that sellpass owns all these shops that people make on sellpass but reality is that sellpass is a platform like amazon, ebay where sellers come and sell product on sellpass, and sellpass take some commission from each transaction

This is gonna be my honest review with sellpass, I recently moved from sellix to sellpass, here's why

1:- sellix started restricting the products that I sell most
2:- They take a lot of fee from Paypal transaction and cypto (even if u have pro or business plan)

here's why I moved to sellpass and I pay for pro plan monthly for only 19$ and I get 0 fee, I save more then 50$, I think sellix users should switch to sellpass and sellpass free users should pay for pro plan (if they make at least 50$ a day)

I am happy with sellpass, they don't give a f about what people sell and what people do on platform, but here comes a platform

Sellpass should ban the shops of scammers which they sell for example cb or gaypal with balance so people fall into it and think that sellpass scammed them. so they destroy the reputation of sellpass also on trust pilot.

This is 100% Scam, I paid to them to get a product, they said you have to buy an add-on to get the first order then they said you have to buy one more thing. so at the end they blocked me and didn't send me any product or services. even they don't allow me to review in sellpass.io that's why sellpass reviews are fake and dangerous. be aware from buy from these people. fake reviews fake products and they block you from making a review. all benefits to the seller (scammers)

They are putting their products out there. One is asking more and more money. Other one doesn't respond. Thankfully, PayPal resolved. I reached out to sellpass and they did nothing. Report on second website didn't even get a response. "They will look at it and launch an investigation." Haha, just go to shoppy, way less scammers. Just look how many reports are about same guys but they are still online. zelshop.sellpass.io scamming disabled person and proxys.sellpass.io who takes money but doesn't reply. Good job, sellpass.
