Sellix was definitely a good investment as i bought the cashapp plan, and it’s helped me by having everything automatic, saved me lots of time.

Customer representatives are very good. they helped right away.

It’s been great and honestly I’ve made more sales on this platform than I had elsewhere, I attempted the same on fiverr and they have the most painful process so I am grateful of Sellix for being a good platform to put up my stuff. Customer Service has been good too and when my customers would leave a bad review, an unreasonable one, Sellix would take care of it. Thank you for providing this platform to creators.

Used their service for 1 year!

They made thousands of dollars on fees which they overcharge! and also they charge +0.25$ on every transaction as a transaction fee with stripe. I contacted stripe to see if they charge sellix on transactions with they said no as they already charge my business on fees! So it's just a scam.

It's not the reason I stopped using their service though it's because their support is terrible, ridiculous and disrespectful.

Even though I had subscription, after asking for support 1 week with open ticket on discord they never solved my issue and they also replied once in 2-3 days and they even say 24/7 support.

They don't even pay attention on the same ticket what you have have said before. I had to say the same thing over and over again and I always got the same answer which wasn't the solution.

At the end I gave up and I just migrated to another ecommerce solution.

I don't recommend anyone using it as you will be overcharged on fees and you will never get support!

Unfortunately I cannot add pictures on edit to show how long they take to reply on support! Also they deleted the ticket but I was lucky to take a picture before it got deleted . It clearly shows how many days they take to answer.

I'am using sellix from the beginning of 2022. Amazing features and costumer service. I would suggest it to everyone one who want accept crypto payments on his e-commerce. Very very cheap fees!!

Sellix has the best customer service in my opinion with them helping me out with a stripe ban and helping me understand legal registration that is needed to start a business with stripe so it doesn't happen again

Hello, I bought a product and the seller send me a fake account + a fake discord to contact him... I send a message on the website but he never answered it... And when I wanted to gave him 1 star because he had 4.3/5... I can't... It is clearly a scam... I lost my money and all are fake !!! Stop lying, I contacted you several times and you said you will investigate about the seller but you will not say your investigation. I lost my money and I never received anything. You even made believe it was fake when I sent screenshots of your emails and an invoice of my purchase on your website. You are crooks!

Would be a nice overall thing to have payoneer as a payment option i can never offer card payments on sellix due to the country i live in this being said sellix is mainly for people in the US as if you live outside of the US it is VERY HARD to offer multiple payment options.
